I have worked in the Home Improvement industry for 13 years now and I wish we had this CRM system back then. It is very easy to use and has a lot of features but not cluttered. It eliminates the need for paper files and piles of invoices which makes everything organized. I would definitely recommend this system to any business, big or small.
