I Love Banh Mi, Hemet CA

Only 1 star, Had an issue about our service. Food was served and left at the wrong table.then was picked up and brought to our table later. Other table of 5 weren't wearing masks. Safety concern for me & my family.

So sad We went back and tried something new for us. We wanted to try the curry and the Bang Bang chicken. We called to confirm that it was white meat otherwise we would just get our usual tofu items. We were assured that it was white meat breast. When we got our food home, neither meat was breast meat. The garlic fries were cold too. We called and they said that they couldn't do anything about it. There was no manager and they couldn't even make us something else. So so disappointed. She was getting progressively more rude. At the end of the conversation she said "I have to go I have other customers. You have an ok night". Everything would have been fine if they would have just made us 2 tofulicious. I don't think that we will be going back.

Original: We come here frequently and love everything we have tried. The Banh Mi is fresh and yummy. My favorite is the Tofu-Liscious. It's a simple but delicious sandwich with marinated grilled tofu, pickled carrot and onion, jalapeño, cilantro, soy sauce, and mayo on a baguette. The Gallic Tofu "small bite" is a favorite too. It is fried tofu with fried garlic, jalapeños and Thai basil. The garlic fries, fire cracker fries and egg rolls are yummmy too. Pretty much all of the drinks are awesome. You can try something new every time! The employees are always super friendly too. They have a great loyalty card too. Some many great things.

The food is subpar at best.my garlic fries looked like a mojito.i went to this place several times and they never had change for my cash.also, $20 limit for a card is a little much.won’t be back so i can be disappointed again.

One word. "Phonomenal" Easily the best sandwich I've had in ages! I could tell the bread was fresh baked and oh my gosh did it only get better from there. I had just picked up one sandwich and was driving back home when I took my first bite. I kid you not when I say I turned around and went back just to buy another one! It was that good! Keep it up I Heart Banh Mi crew!

The Bobas good but they literally forgot to put Boba I the tea. Like what the heck. It also took forever to get my order and the entire store just seems to run heticly.

Their food is awesome I grab some everytime time I am close by. Went today to pick up some dinner, and they have take out orders waiting outside. I understand and have no problem with this with everything that is going on. I do however have a problem with standing outside waiting for 30 minutes while my food was done after 10 minutes. Would give this place a 5 star if their customer service was a little better. If you are going to have your customers wait outside you should have a system in place to get their order to them in a timely manner. You were able to send me a massage that my order was placed, is there an option with the program that you use for take out orders to alert the customer? Again food is great just upset with the service.

The food is great! Call ahead if you don't want to wait. Don't order through the toast app though.they don't notify the store until close to the pick-up time so you'll end up waiting anyway.

Customer service is always on point by the younger employees, food is good but i usually get the boba teas which I love.

I love Banh Mi! Their horchata crunch with boba is absolutely amazing and I love their garlic fries! I’ve loved pretty much everything I’ve tried on their menu. It’s absolutely worth a visit!

It’s fast food place. Great teas and banh mi but pho is not that great.

I had my eye set on this place for a while but never walked in I checked their menu it looks so delicious I actually walked in and my very first sandwich was a beef style sandwich with fresh jalapeno carrot sauce and whatever else they put on there it was absolutely delicious the baguette bread or roll that the sandwich was in was tasty perfect crunch I'm definitely going back very very delicious very tasty I can't wait to try their garlic fries thanks for having me I'll see you soon customer service is great as well at this location here in Hemet good job everybody good job staff!

Was charged $30 for 3 sandwiches, was told total would be 25 and change. Wasn't told of any other charges. Will not be going back.

Since there's not much of a competition for Vietnamese I gave it a two stars. The price for a sandwich is too high. The spring rolls are so so. The pho soup is sad. Like I said two stars because there's not much of choices at this location. Two stars for authenticity.

The last few times I have ordered have been so disappointing. The boba this time was hard and not sweet, the milk tea taste disgusting and didn’t have any hint of sweetness like normal. The strawberry sensation was sour and milky not how it should taste. It seems through the pandemic they are putting little to no effort but instead over charging and under packing however they can. I get it we’re all struggling but this is how you lose regular customers.

The Hulk Smash smoothie is my favorite! The boba can be a hit or miss on taste and texture but the drinks always end up being tasteful. I enjoy going there because it’s the only boba place that I like in town. Also, their OBM sandwich is the best because it tastes like the old school banh mi’s that you get at a Vietnamese restaurant and it’s consistently made the same way by all of the staff. Check them out!

Vietnamese sandwiches are so delicious and this restaurant does this perfectly! Their Pho-nominal sandwich is a delicious take on the French Dip sandwich. If you are visiting in Hemet, this is a "must go" for their amazing food!

We've been going to this place for a while now and today was our worst experience. There was 2 guys and a lady that was working today and when my aunt went to pick up our food, she didn't see the notice at the door that no one is allowed inside. So when she opened the door the lady yelled at her not to come in. How rude was that. They should of lock the door if they didn't want people going in and their's absolutely no reason for her to yell at a costumer. We picked up our food and when we got home our oder was messed up. They gave us the wrong order and they forgot to add the things we added to our order. This wasn't good day to go there and that lady should be reprimanded for her attitude. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't take it out on the costumer. We pay so much money to buy our family meal and if the costumer service is bad its not even worth going back.

I went there to get pho and was extremely disappointed. The girls kept starting at me and made me very uncomfortable while I eat and the rare beef pho I got had no love put into it.the broth was off and the noodle portion and meat portion they give you are skimped out.will never order pho from there again. Like another rate said I would definitely stick to going to an ACTUAL Vietnamese restaurant
