I Love Sushi, Highland CA

I live this restaurant! As soon as you walk in it’s clean, the waitress tell you you can sit anywhere. They attend you as soon as you sit down. I went I to the women’s bathroom and it’s very clean. The food is great here as well!

This has to be my only go-to sushi place. I go out of my way 40 minutes but it's totally worth it. I take my wife every year on her birthday and on special occasions. Never disappoints!

We didn't have to wait long the place wasn't packed the food was so good the chili was bomb sake was okay taste was bomb but it wasn't mega strong which is okay we aren't there to get mega drunk lol for dessert we had a mochi ice cream it was so good. Maize was our server he was phenomenal! Come try this place it's a gem in highland!

This place never disappoints. I love their food. The servers are very attentive and super nice. I recommend this place to anyone that loves sushi at an affordable price. Hits the spot every time.

Very good sushi and fair pricing. Many of the rolls are California rolls with stuff on top, but that works well for my family with our young kids. They loved it all.
The waitress was busy with mobile orders but made sure to check with us often, and the chefs were quick to get the rolls out to us

Out of all of the sushi restaurants I've ever eaten at, I've never had an experience in which I genuinely thought the sushi was bad. To be clear, I do not mean that it simply wasn't good. It was genuinely bad. The taste, texture, and even a few of the cuts were just awful.

I ordered tuna and salmon sashimi. The tuna was extremely watery, as if it had been thawed from a frozen state and was sitting in its own liquid for hours, with a fibrous-type texture commonly experienced with food that has been frozen. The salmon sashimi was a bit better, but two of the pieces were extremely thin and nothing but skin and fat. One piece had a bone in it, which has never happened to me in over ten years of eating sushi. The edamame was ok, but nothing spectacular.

I truly believe the fish they used was likely store-bought non-sushi grade cuts, that were sliced up into sashimi pieces. I hate to leave a bad review for a local business, but this sushi quality was so poor that I felt obligated to write a negative review.

It is of my strongest recommendation to avoid this sushi restaurant.

Don't ever get rid of the banana crunch roll. That is the most yummy sushi roll I've ever had! The sushi is fresh and came very quickly.

Staff is always nice and friendly every time we visit. It's never been a disappointment every time we visit.

My old rating was "fantastic sushi" now I was sad to find that the new sushi chefs are burying the rolls in sauce. My Las Vegas squirted out sauce as I picked it up and my humbling bird just tasted like eel sauce. The food is really good here so I am hoping it doesn't continue down this path.

Love this place even through the different owners I always buy the golden Tiger roll, hardly any people here since covid, staff is new but still polite, I usually get my food to go Descent prices, lots of parking, and a clean area of highland, there is an option to eat outside

The Best Sushi experience in the Inland Empire, awesome dine in vibes, mood was fantastic and service was very friendly and punctual i highly recommend the Las Vegas sushi plate, thee best on the menu

The banana sushi roll is a must have. Beautiful place.waiter was nervous but still very kind

Wow.disgusting. Found a peice of Plastic in my food and almost ate it. Dont come here this is the second time it has happened to my friend. Making a report to the USDA.

I do not recommend this place at all. First time trying it yesterday and two of my rolls were awful. The yellowtail on the Aloha was super chewy and red. And there was a lot of tiny bones in the B. M. W roll. Ive never had that happen in any sushi place ive ever gone to. Save your money and go to to any other sushi spot

Service is and always on point, super friendly and attentive! Now for the reason we go is for the rolls; mainly their pink lady roll and their garlic crunch roll!

Sushi seemed old, avocado was old, expensive for mediocre sushi, idk why it was terrible. I rather drive the hour to my sushi spot instead of coming here. Terrible terrible sushi…. Waste of money. Only good thing was the staff, they were nice but too bad the sushi seemed very old and tasted gross
