I Love Teriyaki, Gold River CA

Love how I specifically asked for double Rice in my online order and I get double salad. Even tho I paid extra for double Rice and didn’t get it.pay attention.
Food was meh anyhow

Decent spot, not as good as I love teriyaki but still a good spot. Not fresh cooked but still gets a 7.4/10.

They never include the teriyaki sauce if you order over the phone. I ordered a meal which came with one and then an extra one and got neither. Dry rice and chicken is not great

As a fast food restaurant, the food is good. I most appreciate when you eat in the restaurant they serve with reusable plates and soda cups. That reduces waste and pollution significantly! Every restaurant should do that. Including fast food restaurants.

I love teriyaki in this location because they have good amount of food and i really like the veggies with vinegar similar to sauerkraut.

Update: New management, food taste the same but the amount of food decreased. I ordered the calamari plate and i was kinda dissapointed with the amount of calamari they gave. I live in Sacramento and once in a while i go rancho just to order at this place but i guess it's not worth it anymore.

I Love Teriyaki never disappoints. The food flavor and quality is always so good. Spicy chicken is my favorite but I'll eat all styles. The atmosphere could use a face lift and service is set up with efficiency in mind.

Tasty, inexpensive, quick. Is it the best thing in the world? Nah, but it's great for a quick decent lunch.

I recently tried this place over Mothers Day weekend and I had a great experience. The portions of food are large. I definitely look forward to going back and recommend!

I ordered a bowl of sesame chicken and they charged me for a plate which is way more expensive then what I was asking for. When I received my food it was so bland and all fatty pieces I couldn't even eat it. I went back in to ask for my money back and they refused. Worst food and service I have ever experienced! I will definitely never be back!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only is the customer service mediocre, but the food is clearly not being prepared or not being stored properly. I have been to this location 3x (I’m a 3-strike type of person) and I kid you not, EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve been to this location on Sunrise Blvd. I have gotten terrible food poisoning. And I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a bad day, or a specific cook or something, but honestly, they need an inspection immediately cus something isn’t right over there. I told my fiancé about this and that I haven’t eaten there in over 2yrs, but against my warning he tried it yesterday (at this location) and today he is in and out of the restroom sick as a dog! DO NOT EAT AT THIS ITeriyaki!

I recommend the one in Midtown or Folsom.

Has gone down hill and doesn't even service beer anymore too bad stay away over priced and don't give hot sauce for free when you make an order yet to pay for it the other I Love teriyaki does not charge

Chicken is raw the food tastes terrible paid freaking 15$ for it and tastes like hospital food, i asked the cashier if i could get something else he couldn’t even answer me he just nodded his big head. DONT COME HERE

She let me order takeout right near closing and brought it to my car! She was so nice! The food was delicious!

My husband and I were looking for a spot for lunch and decided to head on over to I Love Teriyaki.

I ordered the vegetable tempura plate and he ordered the chicken teriyaki plate.

For the vegetable tempura, I would probably say I would want the pieces to be a bit smaller. They were hard to eat with chopsticks specially if they're close to half of my face so that's a con. The side veggies they were talking about was just cabbage and not much else. In different branches they would usually give yakisoba noodles and rice as the combo plate but here it was cooked cabbage and a fresh salad.

I tried the chicken teriyaki and it was good and I sure wish that's what I got but there's always next time.

Pricing and portion of the protein and rice, I would say it's on the pricier side than what's around Rancho.

Service wise, it's pretty good. They were all pretty welcoming and attentive. Even when it gets busy they manage so that's always a plus for lunch spots!

Overall, I would visit again and maybe try something else!
