Really great Lychee Green Tea with Boba. We ad Mango Jelly, Rainbow Jelly, and Lychee Jelly. We but 6 to 12 large ones with no ice to take home to Nevada and enjoy at the beach at Lake Tahoe and several days later. Keep well in the fridge

I don't recommend this place. They just ripped me off! I ordered 2 beef short ribs over garlic noodles and there was ZERO garlic in the entree. I was home and opened my food before I realized they ripped me off. I would've been fine if they would've just informed me they ran out of garlic but they decided to be sleazeballs about it. I was a regular customer. Never will spend my money there again.

The mango sago is freaking delicious! You've got to try it if you like mangoes. This place is a little hard to find because of where it's located. You can order drinks online and then pick it up. I really like that. The drinks are pretty pricey. They've been steadily rising. The mango sago is $6.50 but it's worth it!

Omg! I highly recommend this to you! It's addictive and I swear I am not stopping to get one every weekend. Attached photo I got the Taro smoothie with pearls & puddings! Omg it is so darn good try their famous Mango Sago and you won't regret it! Price is fair & reasonable!

There was one person working. She took orders then she went to make the drinks. Was here for over 30 minutes waiting for our drinks. There was probably two orders ahead of ours. They asked for names but didn’t hear them call out any names when drinks were ready. Probably will not return since the location & service was not good. Tea was ok.

Tea drinks and fruit teas are delicious and made with fresh. Unique menu items. Easy to find.

I love this place. Boba drinks and garlic noodles with beef short ribs is hella good! Staff is always super nice and efficient

The best boba shop in South Sacramento, and that's saying a lot because there are a bunch of places to chose from! Alex makes my drink perfectly every time, she always remembers what I get and I appreciate her so much. I get the matcha smoothie, with rainbow jelly, mango pudding, passion fruit jelly and boba/agar boba. I love my toppings! They are affordable and have a great selection.

You got to fire your little Asian girl cashier, she is extremely rude and condescending. Was watching anime the whole time I was trying to order, didn't even answer me and then gave me attitude and yelled at me. I will never be coming back with someone working like that there.she was working 10/1 at 5: 40 pm alone.

My info: My fam bam loves Boba. Been to quite a few places.

Purchased: 4 drinks, Taro milk tea added Boba, Pineapple fruit tea w/Pineapple jelly & boba, Strawberry & Mango fruit tea has fresh Strawberry & mango pieces in it, & a Strawberry Blossom (basically strawberry mil tea) w/strawberry heart jelly & added boba.

Opinion: The bobas were soft & chewy the way they're supposed to be. Drink flavors were also good. The fruit teas tasted fruity the way I like with just barely a hint of the tea in it which is what I like. Some places the tea taste is too overwhelming but not the two fruit teas we ordered. The Taro could use more sweetness & the Strawberry Blossom was for my 5 yr old & I will say unfortunately the Strawberry Blossom was a no go. For some reason the tea taste was stronger in the Blossom drink so it was a no go. Otherwise, drinks were pretty good & boba had excellent texture. We didn't order food so review is for drinks only. Knocked off 1 star since the Strawberry Blossom was not good & although we were greeted right away; we needed a few minutes to order. Front lady was helpful but kinda snobby when I asked a question.

Pass or Go: Go! Definitely try it out & let us know if the food is any good.

Such a cute place! They even have a temperature scanner thing if you wanted to check your temperature as you wait in line. Service was amazing! I think there was only one woman working but she was working hard and fast and was super nice! Got a kiwi and an Oreo drink. Both so so good

Waited fifteen minutes for my drink. Went up and asked for it and they hadn't even started making it. Don't bother.

The establishment is clean, staff are friendly and service is always good.

The sandwiches are worth the drive, they have a deal buy 4 get 1 free. The other menu items are delicious.

I highly recommend it!

I went here with my parents, the service we received was awesome, there is an electronic device that scans your temperature when you walk through the door, and the workers are so polite. I got a taro tea with grass jelly, it tastes amazing. I left this place a 10 dollar tip.

Here comes the story:) I wanted to try this boba store since I passed by all the time. So I decided to give a try. Came in store, a young lady asked me immediately if I m ready, and I told her it is my first time, let me take a look. Then after like 30 seconds, she asked me again, and I was still not ready. There was nobody in the store but the way she said it felt like she wants to rush me away. I ordered the signature c-1 milk tea and some eggs. Food came fast but you can see in my photo, she left the box open and throw me a plastic bag and walked away.and later on, I tried the boba, was nasty, throw away right the way. Never come back to this store. Don’t recommended.

Great place, awesome service. I didn't know what to get and they helped me pick out a few drinks. Definitely coming back!

I have been coming here since they first opened. The drinks are good with great consistent quality through the years which not many places in the area are. The staff are super friendly and sweet. I left with my drinks once, forgetting the snacks I have ordered and they remembered, making me a new box of popcorn chicken for free A WHOLE WEEK LATER. I even offered to pay for the new box and they won't have it.

I thought that the ambiance was okay but it felt rlly dark when I went there. The service was also just okay. The drinks were okay but I had better boba at other iTeas.

I-Tea is a very cute place. This place has cold and hot drinks and hot food such as ramen. I haven't try their ramen but I do see people go there just to eat their ramen. I have to say that their food selections are a bit pricey, but they are good. This place is good for small and big groups. There are two bathrooms, one for male and one for female. I will definitely go back.
