In town visiting family and their washer and dryer went out, so we found this spot. Decent clean spot, yet a little pricey. Don't forget to claim your $5 deposit for the card. I used the small washers and brought my Gain detergent/Bounce dryer sheets from Dollar Tree. Calculate the temperature of water onto the amount you place onto the card. Also, you may need to clean the dryer vent before drying. It's $1 for every 15 minutes too. Would I do laundry here again, yes due to the fact someone was there cleaning up, the desk area, play area for kids, and tables. Plus, the worker was very helpful and placed mints on the counter.

It used to be a decent place to do laundry. Now more wash machines and dryers seem to be broken than work. And seem to stay that way.

First time here, did not know the process. Very kind staff walked me through every step of the process and pretty much did it for me. I knew the negative reviews here were just a reflection of communication and attitude. Just be kind and patient and most people will return the same.

We were staying one night in Ridgecrest on a three week vacation and wanted to do some laundry. We stopped here to do it and found it to be very clean, well-run and the staff member on site was extremely helpful, not just explaining to us how the card system works, but also with other advice about the town.

I ended up getting kicked out of the this laundry facility do to there broken machines being "my problem". I'm considering further solutions. The machine ate my money I was trying to get my money back. I didn't get my money back till a week later and got a phone call from the owner or manager. He then went on saying I'm rude and disrespectful the way I treated his employee was horrible. Overall, I had no idea what he was talking about I was simply trying to get my money back to use the machines. I was in shock and appalled. He then kicked me out of the establishment for me asking for my money back from his broken or outdated machines. I have no choice but to give this place a 1 star. It was a horrible experience. It makes me never ask for my money back from broken or outdated machines.

I would like to start this review by saying that I have been coming to this laundromat for 5+ years and never have I had an experience like the one I am about to discuss.

Yesterday was an extremely hot, triple digit day. I live 20+ miles away, so I waited until sunset to head to i-wash, something I do often during the summer.

When I arrived, it was 5 minutes past the last loading time, but I asked the new attendant, Vanessa, if it was okay to start my laundry and explained my situation. She agreed to allow me to do my laundry, as long as I am out by closing time which is 9. I thanked her and courteously used the “quick wash” setting, which takes 26 minutes.

I had plenty of time to wash and dry my clothes. She then stated she doesn't get paid overtime, I thought it was strange to tell a customer that, especially when I already promised to finish before closing, I brushed the comment off.

While my laundry was in the wash I waited outside as Vanessa mopped the floors. She used baskets to block off isles, which I have never seen anyone do before, but I understand. When it was time to dry my clothes, I reentered and did my best to work my way around the ever changing maze, trying not to ruin the freshly mopped floors.

I stood at the dryers monitoring my belongings. Vanessa came by three separate times to tell me how many minutes I had remaining. By the third time I was beginning to feel uncomfortable.

I am an adult and a paying customer at that, and I don’t need someone to constantly remind me what time it is. I felt rushed and Vanessa seemed more irritated and rude as time passed.

There were two other customers in the building who were also waiting for their clothes to dry, and they too seemed rather annoyed by her nagging.

By 8: 55, I had all of my belongings in a basket, headed for the exit. When I approached the exit, there were several baskets blocking my way. I started to put the baskets in their place, thinking I was doing Vanessa a favor. At that moment, she began yelling at me from behind the counter, claiming she told me to go around the baskets, which was impossible without going all the way around the laundromat.

Alarmed and appalled, I looked at Vanessa and calmly told her that if she hates her job, she should probably look for a new one. She replied “Actually, I don’t hate my job. I hate people who come in late knowing we close at 9. ” I am still in disbelief that anyone would think it’s okay to speak to a loyal customer that way.

I wanted to call and complain but I know that will probably get me nowhere so I am writing this in hopes that something will be done about this. If you made it this far, thank you for reading!

Gave 2 stars originally bc I had to dry in 15min/0.75 increments. And the bigger dryers cost 2.25 per… no idea the time it gives for that. Need to control how long I want to dry. Changing to 1 star bc after 45 min my clothes were not dry nor were my blankets. Going to other mat in town to finish my dries would like to officially request a refund for the wasted dry time!

Enjoyed my visit. Very helpful. Not too busy. If machine is broke or not working right. They will compensate with another machine that is working. Very nice customer service.

Cleanest laundromat I have entered. Patiently waiting for their biggest washer to be fixed then wash blankets and put them away for the year.

The morning lady is very nice. Its usually clean, except restroom has been nasty the last few times I was there. Prices are somewhat reasonable, however the washers don't seem to spin very well. Many machines are out of order.

Very nice laundromat. It costs $2 to buy a card, but you can turn it in when you are done for your $2 back. Wifi area, altho I didn't use it so I don't know how good the connection is. A kids area, but the toys didn't look they have been cleaned, ever. Luckily I don't have small children so I will be back. Only 4 due to that. You gotta care about the kiddos.

Our washer is broken down so we are glad to have this great option: 5 sizes of washers & 2 sizes driers. Glad there are machines large enough for comforters & heavy winter jackets. Sometimes could be a little cleaner on counter tops & machine nooks often grimey.
