Quick way to get a japan rail pass. The portable wifi has been great as well. Will definitely use them again.

I was able to purchase my JR passes online for about $10 cheaper than other places and pick up them up a few hours later. Great service!

Really great travel company. If you are headed to Japan and need a wifi box or J-rail passes this is your best bet. It eliminates all the stress of working online or meeting people in Japan for wifi boxes. 100% check it out.

There was good and bad. Travel agent failed to mention that the train schedule to Fuji would be very limited on sundays so we missed the first of two trains. The second train wasn’t until very late so we decided to not go to our ryokan we booked. It was only a one night excursion and id expect a travel agency to let you know in advance it’s a bad idea.that ended up wasting a large part of our budget. She doesn’t work there anymore. The other travel agent I worked with was helpful. But I’m going to go to travel agents for necessary things like train passes and pocket WiFi’s. Accommodations I’ll book myself for now on.

I ordered a JR Pass online for less than competing websites and was able to pick it up in San Diego. The agent called me and confirmed my order and was very helpful in informing me of the limitations of the pass.
