Fantastic service! I needed to purchase a JR pass quickly and the agent (Emi) prepared for same day pick up. Very polite and welcoming staff. Office is convenient to access and easy parking. A great start to my Japan experience!
Update: returned again and received excellent service again! Processing and pick up for my JR pass by Yuki was quick and efficient. Thank you for the great service!

It is easy to make arrangements to get the JR Railpass here. One can walk in and get it on the same visit. The extra charge is USD2 for in office service else one can waive the charge by ordering it online.

Fast, efficient and friendly. I bought my JR pass on the spot. When I arrived to Japan I was able to exange it without any problem in a JR office.
