I'm trying to cancel an order, and they are willing to do so. But they are only giving my money back via store credit. Over 15 emails and 2 months. I'm still trying to get ask for a refund via credit card, but they are being very difficult about this

Bought a game in August from iam8bit and never received it. It went back to iam8bit and USPS has it somewhere in the US. I asked about a refund but iam8bit says it can't refund to my credit card but it's not true.

Normally a great place to check out but last visit some guy was sitting behind the desk; not acknowledging myself or my friends who were all looking at their art and merchandise. A greatly reduced collection of art and vinyl and rude to non-existent service makes another visit not likely.

Pretty small gallery in Silverlake which will take you about 10 minutes to go through when they have an exhibit. But, they have unique shows that border on performance art, and they have opening and closing parties. Plus there's no charge. Worth checking out if they have an exhibit of something you know. In my case it was an exhibit of some costumes, props, and merchandise from Everything Is Terrible (a pretty weird website that collects rare, bizarre videos and edits them into compilation tapes.
