I won't take my baby any where else they are great staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend them. Never had a problem.

The only place I trust to take my baby Nala, She hates getting groomed but she always comes out looking cute & feeling so soft.

Been going there for years. Always treat my dog (and me) with respect, attention, and great service!

Freddie had an appointment at 11 am, He wasn't done until 3 pm due to only having one Groomer.

Called at 9am for chihuahua shave and nail trim for my other chihuahua. Showed up. Said they close at 2 and had pretend amnesia about the appointment. No apologies. Looked like straight idiots. Don't bother. I heard a poor bulldog crying so loud everything they trimmed his nails. Guess I dodged a bullet. Won't be going back.

Lacks of empathy when the customer needs them.
The Assistant has attitude and lacks of empathy and care for the dogs and the client. I have a toy size dog, My dog was either burned by the shampoo or the cutting machine, irritated just normal by the cut i just wanted honest feedback and the assurance that will not happen again in her next service. Her privates were burning red and very itchy my dog was going crazy! Right after the grooming.i went back 2 days after since didn't go away to show them make them aware so it doesn't happen again, because to keep record of the dogs right? (while in the other hand i knew i might had to run to the vet if this kept getting red) the assistant took my number.the owner did not called I waited 2 more days, the assistant comment was might be the food and sent me to the vet like if I couldnt make that desicion by myself. This kind of things make a huge diference for me at the time I need to choose the groomer for my dogs, I advice you try to go somewhere else where they care for the dog and for you.

We are here on vacation with our two pooches and our Cairn terrier needed a good bath & nails trimmed. I called and Amy got me in the very next day. I picked him up and he looked wonderful! The prices are also very reasonable.

Will not be taking my doodle back here. Rather than take the time to brush her out, the staff shave her down to the skin every time. This most recent visit I was appalled at the lack of care; she has razor burns within her inner legs and on her privacy. Unacceptable.

My cat hates having her paws touched so I cannot trim her nails. I brought her in and Nicole was able to knock it out in less than 5 mins. I got in my car and cried I was so happy. Amazing price and service. Nicole you’re amazing, thank you so much!

I would definitely recommend this place! Nicole is awesome with our 2 dogs. I have a 20 year old chihuahua who will only let Nicole trim his nails, she is very fast and patient with him. And my dog Ellie looks great every time she gets trimmed.

We wouldn't dream of taking Teddy, our chow chow, anywhere else. The manager and staff do such an amazing job, Teddy's become rather well known in IB. Everyone thinks he looks like a lion, and thanks to IB Grooming's expert care and personal attention, he actually does! I highly recommend IB Grooming.

The first time we came here was a good experience for me nd my dog and we had no problems but then after that every time we would bring him they would always say he was aggressive with them but he was never aggressive with me when I would take him a bath or anyone for that matter, after that they would change us a lot and basically do nothing not get his sanitary areas or anything else we would ask for, just brush him and take him a bath when we paid for more, so I ended up taking him to a other place and they were able to get Sanitary areas, paw pads and more and they said that he was a really good dog, I have met the owner of the ib grooming place and She was very nice and personally I would only trust her to groom my dog, i personally think they need to get better employees
