They are the worst. They overbook so if your appointment is at 3pm, you sit there until 6: 30pm waiting to be called. When they say they will schedule you for a procedure, they forget all about you and never call to follow up with an appointment for the procedure. They tried to prescribe a non covered medicine and it was denied. They didn't follow up with any replacement medicine. If you call, it goes to voicemail 90% of the time. I recommend finding another doctor.

Everyone was very professional at the doctor's office.

Everyone was polite. Service was quick. Things were explained so that I can understand what's going on with my health and the treatment plan.

Doctor Helmy is good and personable Staff is good. One staff member is a bit hyper for heart patients, lol.

Doctor Helmy is a good doctor. But my mother did see him for almost hours from her appointment time. The office needs to work on making sure patient see the doctor no more than 30 minutes from appointment time.

Everyone from the front desk to the doctor are very nice! They are patient and take the time to explain everything and address all you’re concerns!

I’ve been gonna to Dr. Helmy for over 15 years or more and their service is the absolute best. The staff are very are very friendly and Dr. Helmy is always there on time for his patients. He takes the time to go over what needs to be said with much detail. Highly recommend. God bless him and the staff there.

The doctor was friendly he looked at my child discussed some of the medication that I was taking because it was in conflict and he asked is there anything else I need to discuss with him and he listened I like that he listened and he wanted blood work done all in all his best side manners were impeccable.

I felt very comfortable, and the stuff was so attentive and pleasant, and Dr. Kevin is a wonderful and caring physician. He really listens to you as an individual with no comparison to other patients. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family members, absolutely.

Excellent medical team starting with Dr. Hemy, his assistant, technicians and staff who attend the window, where Miss Rosa does an excellent job with great cordiality and respect for all people equally, thank you Dr. Helmy for your attention and other staff on your team, highly recommended.

His assistants are very kind. Are. Very quality. Very pleasant moments, as if we had known each other for years.
