Ice Cream Emporium, Ripon CA

Came here after some really good pizza at Gold Dust next door. It was my first time here. This place is fun and lots to look at inside. Plenty of room to sit. Lots to choose from. You can even get a cup of coffee. I will definitely be back to try something else. Fair warning you will leave this place feeling full and happy!

It's a quaint ice cream and candy shop, with an old-school vibe. The ice cream is excellent.

Beautiful place, we stopped in for date night. Large portions and the ice cream is delicious!

What a nice surprise. It was really good and not overpriced. My only gripe is that they don't use real dishes for authenticity. We will be back.

First time visit and it won't be my last the ice cream was very delicious and the ambiance is amazing definitely when your missing disneyland.you can't help but feel happy in there.also very clean.

Delicious ice cream, but the last 2 times we've gone we have waited half an hour for our order to be served.

This was a great surprise find for us. Looked for ice cream heading north from Modesto. Both the coffee and dark cherry ice cream were great. Next time I’m going for a sundae - noticed that the regulars were opting for them.

Omg phenomenal fresh ice cream, regular milk and vegan. Super cute and inviting old fashioned exterior and interior.

I've been looking forward to coming here since they opened. I moved out of state years ago, but still keep up with the goings on of my hometown. Finally made it back home this summer and it did not disappoint. Great atmosphere, enthusiastic employees, and high quality ice cream. I hope Ice Cream Emporium remains a staple of Ripon for decades to come.

Fun, nostalgic ice cream shop. I love how Ripon has been able to keep its small feel, regardless of the growth.

Been here many times and will continue to return without hesitation. Quality ice cream, fantastic ambiance and the staff always seems happy to be at work. The 4 star is due to the inability to simply blend up and add malt to their Sunday’s. $11 Sunday +$0.25 scoop of malt + $0.75 labor to blend = 5 star

Ordered matcha green tea, with “salted Carmel”. Got matcha green tea with chocolate and chocolate pieces inside ice cream. Asked to re do it, and gave me the same. When asked why my “salted ice” is chocolate they answered “that’s how we sell it” and the chocolate has Carmel flavor. In a short chocolate did not taste like Carmel what so ever. The server got mad for me trying to get salted Carmel. I will never go there again!

Wow! It’s an ice cream wonderland! A whir of shopping and drizzling, a whirlwind of chocolate and whipped cream!

The treats are delicious and the service is just as sweet as the ice cream!

Doesn't disappoint and it hits the spot has a great variety and can create your own options. Has sundaes, banana split and your usual ice cream scoops with a large variety of sauces, fruit, & toppings. In my photo you see a brownie and walnut banana sundae plus a kids ice cream scoop with m&ms & whip cream.

Super cute place very nostalgic of an old ice parlor. Great ice cream very busy in the evenings but worth the wait. The staff is very friendly.
