I am a skeptic by nature. When I first developed elbow pain, I used conservative measures such as ice packs and ibuprofen. These were only temporary fixes, however, and the pain would always come back. When I first learned about cryotherapy, I figured I would give it a try, not really expecting much, but it has exceeded my expectations. I have been going once a week for years now and the pain has not returned.

There are many cryotherapy places to choose from, but you will not find one as friendly and welcoming as ICE. The owner, Troy, is ever present, and between his staff and himself you will be made to feel like part of their family. Think Cheers (the old TV show), but instead of a bar it's a cryotherapy clinic. I am now a believer on the benefits of cryotherapy, and there is no better place to get treatment than at ICE.

Cryo has basically saved my lower back. Troy and everyone at Ice are so friendly, it's a pleasure to come in every week.

We have nothing but great things to say about Troy and his team. We were referred from a friend because my daughter had a really bad eczema flare up. She mentioned that Ice offers red light therapy. I had never heard about it so I did my research and decided to give it a try. When we walked in Troy can see that my daughter was very self conscious. He talked with her and made sure he would do what he can to get her confident before the first day of school. We have been going weekly and her skin looks amazing. She will have a flare up here and there but with the red light she is able to keep it under control. Since then her confidence is up again and she is all smiles every time we leave from there. She also enjoys using the Normatec especially after a weekend of softball. I would recommend Ice to anyone who suffers from eczema and any athlete looking for a good recovery routine for their body.

Love this place! Their new location is beautiful. Always clean and a great community of members here. I use both cryotherapy and sauna, which is the best of both worlds all in one membership.

I started going to ICE Recovery and Wellness earlier this year for knee pain and to help with my RA. I do Cryotherapy and Normatec regularly and have seen a huge improvement! My pain and inflammation are just about gone. Troy and his entire team are amazing and make you feel like you are a part of the family!
