Everyone working at icr was friendly and nice. They were on top of things and well organized I couldn't be happier with how professional and how quickly they got me placed I high recommend. 5 stars isn't enough for what they accomplished in such a short period of time.

One of the best agencies in the high desert for sure. Joshua was very helpful and had a job for me the very next day.

I’ve been with icr on and off for the past 5/6 years and they’ve always been able to get me in with good companies like MCC, S. M, I and most recently CEMEX MY GUY JOSH has been real helpful and understanding, I just think that icr is one of the best job agencies up in the H. D period

If your looking for work don’t use this place.
I went in, in June spent time doing the drug test and paper work which was over an hour to complete. I called them once a week and they said we haven’t heard anything back … I’m not sure what that even means I thought they were supposed to have contacts and what not. Any ways try APPLE ONE staffing they really are committed to helping you they take the time to get it to know you and update and clean your resume.
Unlike this place who probably couldn’t write a resume if they tried.

I like to say Kenzy has been very professional and informative. I have not been in the loop. She gives me feedback as soon as possible, making me feel reassured about the process of getting me hired.

She's awesome because she definitely knows how to communicate and keep you informed.

They will waste your time. Even if you're a perfect match to the job. I spent more than 4 hours with 2 different times a trying to get a job through this office. Even talked to management they said I was disrespectful when I called to voice concerns or asking why I haven't hear anything even from there agents. They are probably getting people's information just to sell it. It's hard enough to get a job in California as is let alone. Dealing with rude staffing agents that waste your time and energy.

So I worked at Church and Dwight through ICR Staffing. The workers at Church and Dwight were rude and disrespectful towards me so I left the work site. When I let ICR Staffing know about this they did absolutely nothing. This happened in April and now it's July and I haven't even received a job offer from ICR Staffing. And when I called they told me they couldn't help me. They treat the employees like trash just an all around horrible experience with this company

Told me they weren't going to help me despite having many years worth of work experience, and it was ONLY because of the gap in my resume during the pandemic.

Really disappointed! They don’t treat everyone the same and employees there act like they own the place mm.ok! Unprofessional.they look at you up and down making you feel like you should not even be there like you are not capable to work or be in their agency horrible experience

Malinda Soto and the staff was incredibly welcome and helpful. Malinda made the entire process easy and was always helpful. Malinda was professional and always respectful. She made my experience with ICR excellent and would recommend ICR to others.

Went through the whole interview and drug process passed everything. I Let the staff know that I would only be able to work mid day and night jobs because I have college classes in the morning. They never got back to me, when I called they let me know “oh sorry it seems you have something on your record” I had a misdemeanor charge from years ago. I already completed my 52 week class that I have a certification for completing, payed all the restitution and served my time. Very unprofessional and very inhumane to only look at my past and not see that I’m close to graduating college and put my past way behind me.

Their acceptance protocol is different depending on who you are some will breeze though their office interview and get scheduled meanwhile you sit there and give out information all day to be sent home. It's a crazy experiment.

Absolutely one of the most professional temp serves ever, until they have to pay you. Sat in a 7 hour orientation unpaid.

Don't apply here! I went in for a interview and I passed the drugtest but when I called a day before the interview they said I need 2 forms of ID I asked will a passport and social security work they said yes that's fine when I went in there I handed them my ID and they said we need a California state ID or a driver's license to prove that you are a US citizen, and a pass port and a social security already proves that, so in simple terms they use any poor excuse to not give you the job, and when I didn't pass the test they asked me if I read both sides, they both said the same thing on each side and you couldn't disagree it was agree, mildly agree and I can't answer so the the test was bias

Wast of time, I did everything they told me to do. Read through the assessments as I always do. They told me the results came up disqualified for work. I've done many assessments for places, and this is the first that has been "disqualified. " Save your time and apply directly to the company.

Appreciate them so much I went in thinking it was going to be months of progress went to josh and got hired at the job I needed less than a week great company flexible with anything and willing to help anyone out

6/9/23 Just got age discriminated by the Victorville office, I'm initiating lawsuit, atty's enthusiastic. Everything was fine, recruiter was happy re my skills, work history, very detailed application. Went in this morning showed my CDL, SS card. It was downhill from there. Very young lady claimed she heard "water sounds" while I did urine test- she heard thru door- in a crowded, noisy, tiny office? Ridiculous. I did 2nd test passed of course. Ten minutes later I was told I was being "snide" - and dismissed. Tho I was justifiably annoyed, by ridiculous accusations- I remained calm, amicable throughout despite being falsely accused of (attempted?) test cheat. I subsequently simply asked absolutely relevant questions regarding their process, made relevant observations. Mentioned I've done QA/QC for 26 years and notice things- my mentioning that was likely a mistake. They've violated State and Fed law- I was railroaded and it was obvious, and provable step by step - done by a few incompetent, very young inexperienced staff. The "new" senior rep subsequently was snide on the phone with me! Legally recorded by me. Absurd scenario. Continue to presumptuously underestimate a senior applicant, specific ICR staff I experienced- please. Lawsuit will absolutely be initiated, proceed. Think this issue will fade away? Time for some learning about consequences ICR.

I've tried to get employment from this agency for years now. I always get the run around and I have never gotten any type of work out of them.
