Frustrating service.
Online order says you will receive same day printing if the order is placed before noon but check-out page says it will take several days. When I called to clarify, the person hung up on me then sent me to voicemail several times when I called back. They open at 11am and make it difficult to contact them, so now I will not be able to make the noon mark.
When I called a different location, it went straight to voicemail with a full mailbox and no opportunity to leave a message. Very frustrating.
