Great food with nice experimentations with dosa and idly. But only let down was coffee. On the menu, its filter coffee but it tasted like cheap nescafe or bru and not the price

Great joint with some amazing South Indian dishes. Wide variety of dosas and idlis. Highly recommend the Vijayawada Chicken Dosa and Idly 65.

Can’t believe this has 4+ rating.should be hunger after shopping at the mall. Maybe we are pampered by South bay standards. The dosa was almost all flaky. No proper plate for serving. All chutneys are in plastic packs, even for dine in. Very expensive …Coffee is almost 4 bucks … Very expensive for an ordinary food/service.
People who love great packing should definitely try it for long dosa boxes

Food was good but giving 1 star because they just didn't know how to handle the line. They were serving people in random order and made us wait for nearly an hour for 4 simple items. Seems like many faced the same issue.

First time here and the experience was great! They just introduced the jini dosa and it wasn't still on the menu. But I was asked if I'd like to try that instead of one of the other dosas I ordered. I said ok and I'm so glad I did so. It was awesome! We ordered kids dosa and idli. Both were good. Punugulu and kala katta masala soda were one of the best I've ever had. All in all we had a sumptuous meal. One thing to watch out for is, it got super crowded by 7 PM so plan to be there early.

Taste is super.but if visit during holidays 11am to 1: 30 pm this place is very crowded and ur order will take more than 45 mins

Worked at this shopping center and kept seeing a lot of foot traffic in and out of ID. Last day at job site ordered a Palak Paneer Dosa w/ Rose Milk Definitely would come back for more.

The thinnest dosa I ever had, thinner than a spider web. It would collapse into micro pieces before you can break it and dip into your dipping sauces. Too little of quantity served, mediocre taste on the masala dosa and medu vada (too hard) I have tried. Sauces came in the tiny plastic containers didn’t taste or looked appealing
The Annoying noise of the pagers from nearby tables and the cramped up area didn’t helped the overall dining experience. Read rave reviews and gave it a try have to say it was disappointing.

The small hole in the wall places often times beats the large joints in terms of theirs unique tastes and flavors but nothing stands out here,
I really Thought ID company would give a strong competition in terms of taste and experience to places like “ SARAVANA BHAVAN “ sadly did not live up to the expectations.

If You don’t care about the steep prices you pay for dosas and other South Indian favorites, Saravana Bhavan still offers the best dosas in this area and gives a 20X better dining experience for your friends and family.

Amazing food, great customer service and very courteous staff. I’m a vegetarian and I come here regularly with my family atleast once a week. Their idly’s are the softest you can ever find.
Pav bhaji dosa, tava idly and bandi dosa are my favorites.
I witnessed the incident that happened today with one of the customers who gave a review about serving the wrong dosa. That review prompted me to write my review. I must say that the staff felt very sorry for the mistake and apologized but the girl was very rude. She was enjoying the food and was laughing with her friends but was yelling at the staff. I appreciate their efforts in maintaining separate cooking equipment got veg and non-veg and we can all see this as they are a open kitchen. I support this business for the effort that put into quality and customer service.

Pretty good food. The pav bhaji dosa and all types of idlis are a must try! Batata vada is not made in besan batter and can be skipped. Good food and rightly priced.

ID Company has managed to make boring Idli and Dosa exciting! Credit to their entire team for introducing exceptionally tasty versions of idly and dosa. We have been there twice now and found their options to be delicious and looking at their growing popularity, it appears that we aren’t the only ones liking the place.

Part of Newpark mall, this place is conveniently located next to ample mall parking. You order first and self serve when the food is ready. So far we have tried the following varieties, in order of liking: Vijayawada Chicken Dosa, Idly 65, Vijayawada Paneer Dosa, Karam Podi Idly, Tava Idly, and Currry Leaf Idly.

A must go place if you are looking for some good South Indian breakfast options with a twist. Highly recommend!

This is absolutely the worst restaurant I have been to.
I am a pure vegetarian who was served keema dosa. No sense of how to handle the crowd, their reason to serve it by accident was they were "busy". Never been to a restaurant with worse customer service. Highly recommend against going here!
Religious beliefs for me and my friends who visited the restaurant have been affected. Extremely terrible service with people who don't know how to run a restaurant.
They also have no resolution for the mistake made. Justifying that it's the first time is all they have to say. Highly disappointed and would never recommend anyone to ever visit!
Wish there was a way to not even give a star in the rating!

PS. We never asked for refund. In fact mentioned that I don’t want their refund as it doesn’t matter to me. They gave me the dosa by themselves despite not asking for it. And they even tried to fix it by requesting me to eat their food and come back for “VIP” service. All of this while least caring about the fact that a customer is deeply affected.

Curry leaf idli was quite good. Soft spicy and delectable. I just wish they use steel vs plastic for cutlery and chutney jars to be more environmentally conscious

Beat dosa and idly place in fremont/newark. After a long time i found a place where I can enjoy South Indian cuisine. Delicious food. Must go place if you life South Indian food.

Me and my sister had dinner in ID company the best tiffins, I have ever had in USA the best dosa, IDLI, vada and of course everything is to delicious, After a year I remember my home town tiffins it’s really good fully satisfied the best part is every chutney combination are to delicious.
I would suggest the best tiffins in bey area go and try and you guys will get home feeling you will not miss India for sure.

Ordered Andhra karam and Mysore masala dosas for pick up. Very rude and manner less staff. Also the dosas were just average, very very less quantity of chutney and sambhar. I do not recommend this place.at all
