6Truly disappointed with this company they work for the home warranty companies and just find any reason not repair your AC huge scam artist so far I would run away from these guys they make there $90 and run you will not get an honest assessment they know every trick to get out of fixing your unit just like they know every trick for lemon laws credit card scams etc be very careful
Never use this business. Our air has been broken for a week so our home owner’s insurance sent IDEAL our work order. After lying and telling us they didn’t receive a work order initially, they proceeded to refuse to come. We have two 90 year olds living in a house that is over 90 degrees. This was completely unacceptable and inhumane. Now we have to wait for the insurance to send a new work order to a new company, and have to wait for that company to be able to come and fix it. Very upset and disappointed with how this went down.

My A/C quit working Wednesday (6/29), nothing but hot air coming out of the vents. My Home Owners Insurance referred me to Ideal Air & Heating. Unfortunately because we were in the middle of a heatwave, a Service Tech wasn’t going to be able to come out until Saturday (7/2). Arman and his Associate arrived on time, checked everything out, replaced the needed part within about a half hour. Suggested I have a maintenance check up, which I had done on the spot. Not only will I continue to use Ideal for any future needs, I will recommend them to family/friends without any hesitation whatsoever.
The tech they sent out was on time for the appointment, thoroughly inspected all parts and provided a recommendation for repairs that would be needed in the near future. He was courteous, knowledgeable and provided professional service.
The workers did an outstanding job. I needed to replace my condenser and furnace, I asked 4 different companies for an estimate for the same brand units; and Ideal Air & Heating gave me the lowest price a long with a warranty. I am amazed at how well they cleaned up the workplace after they were finished, it was cleaner than I had left it before. Also, the explained to me very detailed on the rules of use and safety for my HAVC system. Thank you for your business.
