Quick, easy, employee was super chill and friendly. In and out within 15 mins — it’s a one man show, be patient people!

Very unprofessional office. Restrooms where discusting. I would never go back or recommend this place. I was supposed to get fingerprints for hazmat and was given a TSA pre instead. Mind you he never asked what I was there for. In the back office we were discussing hazmat so I figured he knew what I was there for, though my reason for being there was never once confirmed by any of us. Once the mistake was noticed (after the payment). And I asked about getting a refund and doing it over. He became very rude and made it seem like it was my mistake so my problem. Ok. So, I asked for TSA contact number so we can fix this. The manager wanted to get an attitude (mind you, I am the one out of money) I have every right to be upset lol he then began saying it was not refundable and good luck getting my money back as well as calling me a "bro"and "dude". I asked him to stop calling me a bro because it's unprofessional, he then proceeded to ask me to leave lol. Why!? Because I asked you to be more professional!? Very rude.

System down. Phone number to that location is routed to Vietnam. Same day two visits could not do anything. Total waist of time and who knows where our personal information is going to or who it is shared with.

It's a One Man Show here. The front office worker has no help and has to do it All! He moves along quickly so the wait is not bad. Company should consider a second worker to get paying customers out sooner.

Terrible service for the TSA PRE check why do they issue you an appt.when you still wait, there issue is too many appt.and not enough people working in my case only one person doing everything pretty pathetic.

Went for my fingerprints.only waited about 20 mins. Not bad for only being 1 person working/multitasking.
