Fingerprinting Service IdentoGO reviews
7 Very rude staff.
I show up at 12 for a 12: 10 appointment. The staff take my passport and credit card.
Twenty minutes go by, the 2 staff members are in the back. The lobby is filling up. No update or explanation is given as to why no one is being helped.
I say "excuse me, can we have an update? "
And instead of an update, the man with glasses gives me an attitude and says "Be patient, we are being patient. "
A moment goes by, and he probably realizes that that wasn't a respectful answer to my question. He says the system is frozen.
I appreciate the update.
Stuff happens, systems freeze and that's frustrating for everyone. What is not acceptable is not giving customers any update, and when they ask for an update, they get an attitude.
20 min later, the lady comes out and faces us for the first time. She tells us there is no ETA for when the system will be back. I ask for my passport back and leave.
Easy and quick. Fill out form before going. My only complaint; why my wife got her number next day I'm still waiting for mine a week later!
Robert was rude to each person who entered the office asking for assistance. He would only refer them to the website.
Don’t go there. The employees are very rude. We called the call center and they referred us to this center with working hours till 4 pm but they wouldn’t take us cause they had no-show bookings. Which didn’t make sense, if it’s no show they should be able to get are walk in. The stuff was very rude about it too.
Guy at the front desk with glasses seemed soleless and dead to life. He was just awful at customer interaction. I was incredibly unhappy to share my sensitive passport information with such a joyless person. Whatever is in this guy's path, I pray that he can find peace, yet I award him NO stars. Any person can FAKE it for the sake of doing a minimum wage job at a minimum reasonable output.
The female worker who took my fingerprints during my appointment did her job and was a pleasant communicator.
They made an error submitting my name. Even though I went back specifically to tell them I have two first names, and the second one is not my middle name, guy was dismissive and won't do anything about it.
When I went to this center to complete enrollment for TSA precheck they were friendly and completed my fingerprinting on time. However after 60 days I still had not received my known traveler number. I called TSA to follow up and apparently this location made an error in uploading my fingerprint and so I will have to repeat the process. I understand errors happen but it’s very disappointing that no one from this location reached out to let me know they had made the error and I was only able to find out from TSA after 60 days.
