Processed the twic card application here with no appointment. 1 hour wait though. Would probably be better to make an appointment.

Can’t get a hold of anyone here to ask where my documents are that I paid for and the phone number is wrong

Made an appointment several weeks ago for TSA pre-check. Received 3 confirmation emails. Got to the location and they were not honoring appointments today, saying TSA’s webpage was down. Contacted the help hotline, they said that simply was not true. Interestingly enough, they gave my husband the same excuse several weeks previously. Refused to rebook my appointment. Then told me I need to make my appointments before 1, despite the webpage offering times until 3: 30 pm. Do not waste your time. Will be contacting the administrators for TSA and this location regarding poor professionalism and service.

Information online is wrong. No way to speak to anyone. Should state that the location is inside a insurance place.

Wasn't impressed with customer service. They don't take appointments for fingers prints. Was told the wait time was an hour an half for finger prints. Definitely would not recommend going here if possible.

Zero stars. Why make an appt.when you have to wait 1.5+ hours? Someone please explain this to me. Standing room only, no places to sit either.

Great service and fast process time. I have made appointment but I am free today so I walk in and just wait 5 minutes, a beautiful girl help me finish my pre enrollment. Stronger recommend to here for TSA AND TWIC.

The people are very nice and the facility is clean. Please beware if you are getting an appointment for IdentoGO it will say, for your online appointment, for example 1020a CDT. It's really 1020a PST so don't get there at 820a because they don't open until 9a PST and the systems for IdentoGO don't open until 10a PST.

Nice spot to get your fingerprints. There is a wait time if you walk in without an appointment. But they will help you. Located in between Party City and Crunch Fitness gym. Location is called Mountain Insurance Services.

I think it’s some kind of insurance place but they do the universal enroll service for hazmat and TWIC card. Cool place very helpful walking welcome. I think. I just showed up though and they hooked me up.
