I called over the phone asking about the back glass on my wife's galaxy S7. The tech confirmed he had the color I was requesting and work with.me on a over phone quote. Lots of time phone quotes are hard but he did great. The tech said he would set the one I needed because I lived across town, again very nice to do. When I arrived the tech said it would take a lil longer because more customers had come in. I agreed to the time and had a seat. The tech realized I was sitting and managed to work on my device even quicker. I'M VERY HAPPY with the support and would recommend this establishment to all my family and friends.

I was very anxious when I cracked my iPhone screen and being the poor college kid I am, I was even more nervous that I was going to have to sell a kidney to get it fixed! I found gadget fix online and from all the great reviews I decided to give it a chance. I was very pleased with my experience! The employees are very nice and welcoming as well as accommodating. I was in and out as quickly as possible and my phone looks and works amazingly! It was also surprising cheap which is always a great thing! I would recommend their services to all of my friends!

Went in and dealt with Tony, he helped us repair multiple tablets and phones quickly and affordably, and also helped us with affordable protective gear for them too. I will be a return customer, very good and personable customer service, much better then other over priced repair
places in the area.

RUINED MY IPHONE 7 AND COST ME $150 IN PARTS. I had my phone screen replaced after reading the positive online reviews. When I got the phone back, the screen and body were separating and it was missing the speaker cover! The tech said he couldn't get the glue to stick and I should get a "good case" to hold the phone together. I called in back 2 days later because the screen and body were almost completely separated. At that point the same tech took it and and applied superglue to the lcd screen. When I saw the screen still sticking up, and I could hear the glue making a clicking noise with every touch, I told him I wasn't happy, and I wanted it fixed. The tech said absolutely not, no refunds, and he wasn't going to fix it. VERY DISAPPOINTED I DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL!
