Delivery time was as promised by Johnny and his assistant. Very knowledgeable in their duties. Very personable young men. Nice clean and well fitting uniforms. Installation of our three appliances went well. Cleaned up behind themselves and it was nice to have boxes and old appliances removed. They did a great job. Thank you Idler’s!

We’ve been a customer of Idlers for many years. They have assisted us with appliances and service for both our rental properties and our home. We have never been disappointed. Most recently, we had to replace our dishwasher. The entire process was simple, convenient and valuable. Finally, hats off the our Idlers delivery and installation team, Michael and Cody. They were both professional and friendly. It’s a delight to encounter a family owned company that still cares about its community and its customers.

Sales person Justin was knowledgeable and the delivery team were efficient, communicated well, and were careful.

For a few years now, we have been buying our hone appliances from Idler’s. We always been happily satisfied with the sales and service they provide.

We hadn't needed to get any appliances for several years. When the refrigerator died this week, we just went down to the store. We got a nice floor model for a great price and it was just delivered and set up. That's less than 24hrs.to have a new fridge in the kitchen! The two young guys that were here were extremely fast and efficient. To top it off, the guys were very friendly. Great service from everyone at Idlers!

Justin and Daniel were on time, competent and very quick. They explained how to use the refridgerator and left clear instructions. They also moved and re assembled my old one and moved it outside so I could donate it to the Food Pantry in Santa Maria. They also cleaned up my floor and took all the packing materials, leaving a clean kitchen.

I needed a washer dryer and I needed the install fast at our airbnb. It was a very difficult install because it was up many stairs. Their whole team did a wonderful job and i'm very satisfied.

Sadly, our washer went out, therefore we needed to buy a new one. We had recently purchased a Speed Queen dryer so we were in the market for a Speed Queen washer. Idler's had one on sale so I went in to buy it. I was a tad bit too late (someone already got the one on sale), so I purchased a different model (that happened to match my dryer) for only a tad bit more. After scheduling the delivery, installation, and removal (of my previous washer), I am happy to report that the new Speed Queen washer has been delivered and installed and the old washer has been removed. Can't wait to use this new washer!

They were professional, efficient, kind and helpful. They were on time and keep me updated. They made sure I was comfortable with everything and understood the unit. They went above and beyond and asked me if I wanted to change the door side which I didn’t even think about and I sure did. I enjoyed working with the delivery crew that dropped it off was very pleasant experience.

The sales staff was the most helpful I have ever had in appliance sbuying and the delivery guys were great too!

Bought “dented” new washing machine in 10/22 that began to fail in the 1/23. After multiple failed attempts to fix problem, manufacturer finally agreed to replace washer in early June. Finally brought Idler’s into the picture. Greg, in supply, took on the problem & we got our new machine installed today, 6/27/23.

We placed an order for a SubZero refrigerator, Wolf range and Miele dishwasher. The ordering process began with a couple of trips to their showroom in SLO. When we then put in our order it was with confidence that we were getting exactly what we wanted. We went with these higher end products because we’ve heard stories about how new products don’t last like the old one. The refrigerator being replaced was purchased from Idlers was purchased in 1999 and still works perfectly. Since we are remodeling new appliances we’re called for.

Idlers delivered the items just as promised and assisted our contractor in modifying our kitchen to fit the built in refrigerator.

Thank you to the whole team at Idlers. We’ve been buying their products since the 1970s. We wouldn’t think of shopping elsewhere.

What’s important is how you are treated when things don’t go right with your purchase. The Idler’s team (Carrie in sales, Tom and others in Service) were prompt and helpful when we had issues with our new oven. A new oven was ordered after a couple attempts to fix it. Yes, we had to wait again, but things happen and we are glad to do business with a responsible local business.
