Mike and his staff are awesome. This was a tricky dryer fix and they really attacked the issue. Complete resolution and a very fair price. And Clay is right. Idyllwild Appliance is the best so they are very busy. So be patient. These folks love what they do and they bring a happy, humorous, professional attitude into your home. I will never call anyone else.

Mike has helped me out several times over the last five years including today, 3/1/2023, one of the wildest weather days since the late 80s up here in Idyllwild. My furnace now works! I’m no longer freezing! He is definitely committed to his customers and to the service of his community. Thanks Mike.

I can’t say enough nice thing about Idyllwild Appliance and Repair. Mike and his guys are great. We live in an old 1930's house here in Idyllwild. Once you start opening things up, there are always surprises. They put in a new fridge for us so when our washer/dryer broke, we called up Idyllwild Appliance. Who ever installed the old washer/dryer really botched the job and they ended up having to re-plumb everything from scratch because things were leaking under my house. What should have been a short install turned into a protracted challenge made worse by an extremely tight crawl space. One of their guys had just been in a bad car accident so they were short staffed, but Mike was determined to get the job finished for us. We really appreciated their dedication and humor in the face of adversity. They were obviously pretty worn out by the time they finished, but they got us all set up. We are definitely using them for all our future appliance needs.

It doesn’t get better than this. With the tremendous workload they have I don’t know how they do it but they do.

Mike fixed our Refrigerator/Freezer and had to do a lot of work to get it running at top performance again. These guys are great and know what they are doing. Excellent service. Because they are very good, they are also very busy, so be patient.

Mike & Dan are the best! They were friendly professional, knowledgeable & went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend them. They are a real treasure to everyone on the “hill”!

Hands Down, best in Town! Mike is your guy for honest, quick, and affordable repairs of pretty much everything. We've used him for Heater, Oven Repair, Dishwasher, even water filtration and fire pit/propane issues. Whether it's upgrading or repairing older things to new installs, he will find the best solution. After being told we needed a new heater by multiple companies for thousands of dollars, he came over and got everything dialed in an hour. He has saved us so much money by being such an awesome troubleshooter. I dropped off a fridge several weeks ago. There are no updates. I can not reach them on business phone, which refers to field phone. Which also does not get answered and the voice-mail is full, so I can not leave a message. Going to go get the fridge and fix it myself.
