I tried to give them a better rating but it just didn't work out.

I took the microblading class and it really wasnt what I expected or hopped for. It's honestly not worth what I paid for. The theory was good and informative but what lacks is the practical which to me is super important since that's what's going to develop you the income. I wish I would've had more hands on training but they only give you one model and she does most of the work. I went a couple times for hands on but again she does most of the it and if you're stuck on a step instead of her letting you do it she does it for you and not to mention she does it fast.
I did reach out trying to see what other options they had because I am stressing and want to introduce this to my business but im not confident enough and they somewhat helped but I feel it was more half a**** maybe because since they already have the money its no longer an importance. I tried giving them another chance but im more disappointed each time I try too at this point im over it.
I would like to mention that you do have the opportunity to go work at there shop but what they failed to inform me is that I need a practitioners license for San Bernardino County.and I live in the Skirts of San Diego so I would need to get 2 practioners license $300+ not worth it.walking out not confident and having to look for more education which means more money elsewhere sucks. I wish I would take what I spent here and look for a different school that isn't 2 hours away and gives me the value for what I paid for. Bummer.

Worst thing ever! I tried to be nice and cordial but I got tired of reaching out and getting the lack of help that I received. From her forgetting we had a ft meeting to never reaching out from the last time I was waiting for a response and the perfect excuse was (I forgot to write it down so I forgot we had to meet) i then decided to dispute the charge of $2500 so I can take that hard earned money and go take another course. They called me because I did let them know that I want a refund because I didn’t feel like I benefited anything from the course and I was going to another place instead. They harassed me saying my review was false and since I disputed the charge I wasn’t going to win and that there are no refunds. It’s sad that knowing the quality of work that they gave they still think it’s ok to keep the $$$. I am a business owner myself and if a client of mine spent that amount of money and I didn’t give the quality job/work that was promised then best believe I would give a refund since I was in the wrong. This is definitely not the way to do business.

This is THE best shop in the IE. My brows turned out great. I was so fearful of getting them done and i took a chance and now am always receiving compliments. The owner is very kind and intentional about making sure that everyone who comes through those doors for a service or class is treated as a priority. She made me feel safe and coached me through my service. Everyone who provides a service/works there from the front end to the back is polite, down to earth and warm. Also, the decor is cute and makes for an inviting atmosphere as well.

I took a class and it was everything! Learned some great techniques. It’s obvious the staff takes pride in what they do, super friendly, detailed and helpful. I feel confident in what I’ve learned to be the best!

I attended I. E. Microblading & Permanent Makeup Academy, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the entire experience. Allena is so incredibly welcoming and sweet from my first call up until the class ended. I’ve reached out multiple times even after training and she always is helpful and willing to answer any question I have. The instructor Deanna was just amazing! She provided hands-on training, making sure I understood each technique and procedure. She answers questions throughout the course and really tries her best to make sure every student gets it! Even thought the class had 10 other students in attendance, I had so much individual attention that I didn’t feel lost in a group at all, which was one of my initial fears taking a group training. My classmates and I really were able to get to know each other and have already planned days to continue to practice together during our 3 months free in the salon.

The curriculum was well-structured, and really made sense to someone like myself who did not have a lot of knowledge going in. I appreciated the attention to detail and the focus on safety and hygiene practices. I know what to do and what not to do as a knew artist, which took so much stress off of me. The school also provided a kit with supplies to practice and for my first 10 clients! I’m can’t say I’m completely confident but I know the training and support I have gotten and will get, will allow me to hone my skills effectively and continue to build my confidence!

I loved my experience at IE Microblading &Permanent Makeup! The shop is beautiful and very welcoming. It’s a whole vibe! Deanna is very knowledgeable and professional. She did a great job on my eyebrows! If you want beautiful brows and a great overall experience I recommend you visit them.

Since I was 9 years old I hated my eyebrows. I had a scar in the middle of my left eyebrow. It looked like I had 3 separate eyebrows and they were thinning as I got older. Everyday I had to color my left eyebrow to mask the scar. I decided to look for someone or someplace that could help me with microblading. After thorough research, I contacted I. E. Microblading and spoke to Deanna. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I am ecstatic to report, I’ve been going to Deanna for 3 years and have never been happier and more confident with my eyebrows. Her studio is very nice, clean, and has a great good vibe! I am obsessed with the outcome. I was very hesitant, we'll because permanent makeup on my face right? !
