Iguana Vintage Clothing, Sherman Oaks CA

Not much vintage inside at all. It's mostly cheap costumes? Really weird. HUGE space and 75% was modern costumes. The rest wasn't great. The staff was really snappy at some of the other customers in the store.

Kinda a shame for such a giant store in such a great spot in the city. I feel like it has so much potential!

Personally my favorite thrift store ever I found the best finds there and the thrift store is huge with amazing deals! (: would definitely recommend

I accidentally grabbed the wrong size and was leaving to New York and ran over to switch it out REALLT quick, they had already shut their store and closed early and refused to help me. Extremely rude will NEVER shop here again.

The place was so overwhelming and overpriced although we did spend a good day in Hollywood

I have a great deal of unique vintage clothing in great condition. Came by today to sell items. They don’t but anything. What…? Why would they turn down such a great collection?

I’m never one to write bad reviews because I beleive in good carma. But this time I could not stop myself. It’s too bad the service is horrible because you guys are a very cool store. I had forgotten my mask so ended up purchasing one after the Cashier asked me to, and she kept following me with a super negative energy and unwelcoming comments. And ended up asking me to leave since I tried on something Which apparently I wasn’t supposed to. She forced me to buy it and I obviously didn’t. If I knew I couldn’t try it I wouldn’t have.
I never left a store with such a bad taste in my mouth. It was supposed to be a fun costume shopping and ended up putting the worst energy I could have experienced. Never in my entire life have I been asked to leave a store.

Lots of cool vintage clothing. None of it was particularly inexpensive, but a great selection made it worth it.

Terrible and RUDE staff. We love and enjoy this store, except the customer service. The first uncounter I had with the staff was when I walked in 10 minutes before closing time just to buy something at the door and the staff literally yelled at me saying they are closed. I told her it's 10 minutes to closing and she told me to GET OUT. I asked for the manager the two girls working there claimed that they are the managers & every time after that, I called to speak with a manager they said she's on vacation or not there. Today after months of not going back I went there with my family and it was the same staff.the same girl was helping me with some shoes. She didn't even want to look for the shoes for me, then demands me she will only look for it if I'm going to buy it! Wait.what? Am I not suppose to try on both pairs to know if I'm going to buy it or not. I told her I'm here to buy and I need to try it on first. She walks with a very bad attitude away from me.walks back with the shoes and hands me the shoes with anger, then stands around me with terrible energy, huffing and puffing as I'm trying on the shoes. I really just wanted to walk out and NEVER come back here. Thankfully I saw the manager upfront and let her know about her staff and my aweful experience with her staff. She was a very nice manager. TERRIBLE STAFF!

Vintage chain with a decent collection of clothes- definitely make sure you have the means to launder what you get, because some of the pieces I looked at were a little smelly! There are definitely some treasures, and the location is pretty convenient, but it's not quite on my list for favorite vintage spots. I would recommend for folks new to the thrifting/vintage community, though!

I really liked the place! I just didn't find a lot of bigger sizes, but definitely going back!

I came to this location with an idea of what I wanted and Sarah was the most helpful person! Not only did she help me search in-store, she went out of her way to call other locations to see if they had what I was looking for, which they did! You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and honestly it made my day. She was an angel and I will definitely be coming back! Lovely store and great experience overall. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

If you have the time for tresaure hunting this is the place. I got an used black leather motorcycle vest that fits perfectly and for half the price than new.

Very cool store. Has lots of strange and interesting items but it has a lot of cool vintage finds. Some things there are a bit over priced but for the most part the prices are reasonable. There is a huge variety in clothing, accessories, shoes, jewelry, wigs, and much more. There is definitely a find for anyone and everyone.

This place is great with awesome staff that always show great customer service every time I’m here I have a great experience shopping. Great place to do get some Vintage clothing.

Strange place. Love their stuff. I like to get hats from this place and have purchased 3 fedoras in the past. But the energy is off. The staff is not friendly and though I don't want to accuse them of being racist I feel it every time I go to the store. So why go back, you ask. Well, I really like the hat selection at the reasonable prizes. However, I went today and it will probably be, y last time. Clearly an issue. Not cool at all.

They follow you around, I read the reviews and thought this CANT BE TRUE.sure enough I went in and I felt so horrible walking out because they judged me based on my skin color.not cool at all

I wanted a real peacoat and Iguana has them - really navy peacoats! 50 bucks - you can't find that on line!

This place is very unique pricey but it's hard not to find something you don't like here
