5Absolutely horrible customer service.spent more than 2 hours chatting for an order that was sent damaged/defective for unsealed pretzels.they got them from the manufacturer like that and then sent them to me instead of the manufacture for quality issues.i was told i had to what 48 hours to be contacted no one did.there is no way to talk to a human being at iherb.i had to take pictures 2x.they should have credited me and sent a shipping carrier to pick these up so they can see them and take there own pictures.no wonder they had a sale they were trying to get rid of these! I will never ever shop at iherb ever again.i asked to speak to a manger 3x and still was not given one.i was told to take more pics and wait another 48 hours.i wish i never placed this order! The box was also half empty with only two sheets of fill paper the products were not secure.
I received vitamins that was out dated for 30.00 This is not right to send an item out like that and the bad thing about it the company want respond to my email's. I've tried plenty of times.
I'm so disappointed in the manner my order arrived. The packaging was not appropriate for shipping glass bottles. One of my bottles was missing the cap. It was so strange that neither the cap or seal was in the plastic bag. Additionally, a seal fell completely off one of the bottles as I was taking it from the bag (that looked like a waste basket liner) and to discover that cap was cracked. I poured the liquid context down the kitchen drain. There is no phone number to call customer service. You have to either email or message iHerb via a chatbot. Unbelievable, two bottles of me money wasted just upon receiving my package. This is my first time ordering this product from this company. I will pay a little more and continue ordering from who I usually order from.
Worst place to work at. There’s a lot of favoritism, workers are lazy, and supervisors don’t care. HR is useless too.
