I received my order, but when I opened the box, all the jars were without lids and protective membranes. All pills were scattered around the box. I initiated a refund, but the iherb manager replied that I would not be refunded! I was offered to send the box back at my own expense and maybe then they will consider a refund for me. Shipping the box back will cost the same as the items I ordered. Very poor quality of service! I strongly do not recommend it, there is a possibility that you will be poisoned by some means.

Ordering expensive supplements in the winter or heat of the summer is always a risk.iHerb has zero customer service. After waiting five extra days, my package still had not arrived and the shipping companies info.was not updated at all. It finally arrived at 8: 00pm, after being told it had already been delivered-which it had not. It is very likely that it sat outside in the freezing weather for five days. I can no longer trust iHerbs shipping, their non-existent customer service, and will not use them in the future.

Biggest cheaters ever. I received a half used cream and there was no refund, there is no quality control, they are inflating the prices on which they are offering so called “super deals “, plus they are simply playing with the prices at a massive scale.
Obviously I didn’t check all the items on the website, but from what I am checking I saw it around 4 times in 3 months.

Experience of the service in Spain: -
Initial delivery of items not met. Delivery driver couldn't be bothered to look for our house or phone us. The carrier's contact number is the same one as the iHerb customer care dept! (so called, as it is just robotic responses). 17 phone calls to the carrier and still no delivery. We have been given different times and dates and none of these have been met. The items were paid for three weeks ago. This is the first time that we have used this company. And the last!

I am a long time iHerb customer from Singapore. I love their huge range of products and professionalism. I have never run into any trouble with my orders, I think those who have much troubles with their orders are due to their local logistics in their countries.

I should have looked here before ordering! Buyers beware! DO NOT order from this company. The couple dollars you save is not worth the price you pay if your order gets messed up. The customer service is unbelievable. I had to type in caps and basically tell the customer rep to NOT CANCEL my order. After an unnecessarily long conversation beating around the bush I was told "your account can't be verified. " I asked why and then a few mins of SILENCE. They kept insisting to just cancel and refund my order. I told them no and then after not responding for ONE minute, they logged off stating you're not there anymore. Unbelievable! Not worth it, just spend the couple bucks and buy from other retailers.

Placed order and they shipped to the wrong location. Package returned to iHerb. Waited 15 days for reshipment. Finally tried to cancel my order but they cannot process. It will be 30 days tomorrow since I placed the order and I never got my product or refund. The shipment was prenatal vitamins for my wife. Technical support and customer service cannot determine the status of the refund. I believe theft over $50, in the case of our order of $140 it would be considered grand theft according to California law.

I used this site for over a decade and ordered thousands of dollars in products. This December, I learned that Iherb let someone set up a duplicate account using my same email address (without notifying me or without any security double check) and allowed that fake account to ship to an unknown person. All I got was a notice saying my order (which was fraudulent) was on it's way. When I notified Iherb via email, they suspended my account and are refusing to allow me to have any account that uses my email address. They basically said "too bad. " They failed to put in place any of the routine alerts or double checks for changes or duplications of accounts that could help prevent fraud. Beware if your account gets hacked because of their poor security, you are screwed.

First rate customer service (I don’t know why the negative reviews). I have been a customer for many years, I always receive my orders in a timely manner. My last order was delayed somehow in shipping, I contacted them via email, they responded IMMEDIATELY and had my order traced and EXPEDITED to me. I had it in hand less then 12 hours of my email. I will continue to be a long time happy customer.

Good prices, and fast delivery, BUT.just try and get a refund for damaged goods! Don't even try their "on-line refund form", it will always be rejected, even when attaching a picture of damaged goods.

I dare you take a look at previous employee reviews at iHerb's Glassdoor website for the same job positions to see more low-star rated experiences after you get the job. You will thank me after reading them.
