12Didn't expect the COVID record and ID requirement to enter the restaurant. It must be LA county thing. French toast was great, and it had no cinnamon. Yay!
Service was great, healthy portions, temperature of food was luke warm. Also was surprised had to show covid card to be seated. Some people don't carry their cards.
If you want a quick bite with friends or by yourself this is a great place to go it's clean and the staff is very friendly. Your vaccination card will be checked.
Yes, yes, YES! Talk about exactly what I want every time I go out for brunch. This place is small, service is slow, and it's popular- so be warned that if you're on a time constrant it's not the way to go. Even so, if you have some time to lazily sip on your coffee while eating some of the best brunch foods you can imagine, IHOP is where it's at.
Staff is great as well as the dining areas inside and outside. The food is as expected. Overall a very good experience.
Hostess Basimah and Jayla Bad customer service rude and with attitude. Jayla when wanting to substitute and item or add an items to the order gave attitude. Jayla rude nasty with customers not being vaccinated she rolls her eyes when talking.
The food is overall decent but what took from away from this establishment was the demeanor of the manager. He had a rude attitude so much that even his Co workers noticed it (one employee call another over and asked what was wrong with him). First impressions last a lifetime and I am not impressed at all

Great service! I was looking for a place to get breakfast and do some heads down laptop work, and the staff were so friendly to check in if I needed water or anything else. Quite large portions too!
Ordered 4-stack chocolate chocolate chip specialty pancakes to-go online for $12+ and I got no chocolate chips or chocolate drizzle.just the bread syrup and butter
A bet crowded in the morning, server were late to take order and for everything else. But IHOP is still a great breakfast place
Great service that day we went. The staff was really nice. We were seated quickly and promptly served. We walked in there starving and didn't have to wait long at all for our food.
It is to be said, that day we visited, it was pretty empty. Regardless, the food was good and we left feeling full and happy.
