IHOP, Baldwin Park CA

The service needs work. The server seemed a little when we were being "guided" to our booth. They kept getting our orders wrong twice and never asked us if we wanted refills. The meals were not bad but this needs to be improved big time...

Idont like the food.we are seniors. Aarp Member told us there's 10% eating in this place but no they don't accept AARP Members

The service isn’t too bad, although there does seem to be a lack of workers here unfortunately. Took us awhile to get seated and then a bit after for our order to get taken. The food is good however. Only thing is the lack of workers and orderly service.
I had came here before with my girlfriend and her orange juice had a ticket in it, we had to go ahead and get a new one for her.

I made three different curbside orders. But only got conformation for two. When I got there, it was difficult explaining that I had three orders and under different names. So I decided to go in. They took my name and had all three orders ready with condiments, napkins, and utensils. They were very pleasant.

I charge me for coffe when I didnt ask for coffe.n need to start carrying tapatio hot sauce

Please update your hours. It says here you close at 9pm but we arrived at 7: 55. We were then told they close at 8: 30 and they can’t take more customers. Wasting my time.

They have great deals after 2pm till 10 pm (I think). Snacks for $4 & $6 for a full meal. Very cool.

I've been to this IHOP At least four time since tje pandemic and I've yet to have bad service. They always serve me with a smile and a warm greeting.

As usual, the pancakes were excellent. Their new steakhouse thick bacon menu leaves a LOT to be desired, though. Unless you're a big fan of bacon fat, do not order the new thick bacon. I made the unfortunate decision to try it out, and was rewarded with 2 half in thick slices of almost pure fat. It looks delicious in the menu, but looks absolutely nothing like that in reality. I was highly disappointed, to say the least, but the rest of the meal saved face for this particular IHOP. Like I previously stated, the pancakes, awesome. The regular bacon, hash browns, everything else, delicious. Our waiter also did everything in his control to make our experience a pleasant one. Kudos to him, I feel bad I forgot his name.

Marisela was our server and she went above and beyond to make our morning start good! We're just Happy to be able to go out to eat again! Thanks IHop

Good reopening first time having breakfast inside a restaurant since the pandemic started.

Very bad Service. Came with my family to have breakfast they told me it would be a 25 minute wait and to put my name down as I did. 45 minutes later I go to check how much longer as the girl informed me it would be another 30 to 40 minutes and three more people were ahead of me very bad service very bad communication.

Was disappointed. Shows open at 6AM on a weekday. Went to this location 630AM on a Tuesday. Doors still closed, saw a gentlemen walking around kitchen, and number to call for pickup had mailbox full. ‍️

Food is okay but they have their tables set up not in the parking lot but on the side right in front of the street when there's plenty of parking on the other side instead they have you eating next to the stop light

We were the first customers today (veterans day) morning and the waitress was very kind and provided us with freshly brewed coffee and water. She took the order promptly and respectfully and came back in few minutes with our order. Excellent service even during this pandemic.

The food is good and affordable. They have outdoor seating on two sides of their building. Parking lot is big.
The only thing that was a concern was how people would wait by the parking lot walk way, not a IHOP thing, just a people thing.

Advertised on map app as opened at 6 am.
Drove 6 mile to eat, but it was closed.
No one answered at location.

The food isn't good for the pricing, they messed up my friends order, and they didn't even give us napkins.
