18Hadn't been to IHOP in quite a while. Service was good. No creamer for coffee. Disappointed but they offered milk. Hash brown definitely need to be cooked longer. Barely browned on outside and inside was cold. Overall, ok.
I usually never complain about food or restaurants and will eat what the waitress brings and not say a word if somethings wrong. Three of us had breakfast on a Friday morning and the place was not super busy. Food came in segments with parts forgotten and we had to ask a waiter, not the server for stuff. It'll be a while before we go back.
Since my first review they've gone from 5 star to 1 star. The food is over cooked. They are constantly out of some important item, like coffee creamer. The windows both on the entry doors and next to booth are filthy. I complained today about hash browns being over cooked and was told chef only speaks spanish and waitress speaks english. Well if you can't cook and you can't speak english you need to be replaced. I will not be going back. I've given them enough chances and I'm done.
The Lyft driver we called to pick us up to go back from our return trip, was a complete jerk. First he called to ask where we are going. Then he told us to cancel the ride & request another driver. That he wasn't coming. Then he shows up late and parks outside for 20 Minutes. He refused to take us back because there were 3 of us? ! And bam just like that a $5.00 charge! And he refused to cancel the ride so we could get another driver. He said to left we were a no show creating a $5.00 cancellation charge and still had no ride. Major failure on Lyft! Almost a hour waiting to get a ride.
The last 3 times I went here my experience wasn't the greatest. Long wait to be seated even though the restaurant is not crowded. Once seated, no one takes our drink order. Bacon was burnt. I used to love this location. But not so much any more.
Great food, great prices. Wonderful customer service. This is the first time here and will decently ho back. They have a great 55+ menu.lol
It’s alright. Not real clean and staff seem like they don’t like their job. The cooks are good but there seems yo be some turnover. So its hit or miss.
This is one of the best locations of IHOP's I have ever been to, if not the best! My server was Priya and she was so excellent, her customer service was five stars in itself. I believe the manager's name was Rosa and she was so amazing and nice even though they we're super busy at the time. They made you feel so welcome in their establishment and the food was excellent. My favorite dish there is the avocado toast, with eggs and bacon. This will be my regular IHOP location as long as I'm in Sacramento!
I'm a regular here usually you get great service, this experience this visit was awful. The chefs didn't care how they were making the food and the servers are not watching what's coming out of the kitchen. Also the server forgot some of our food. Prius is the best server there!
I ordered breakfast the lady at the counter was very sweet. But the breakfast was terrible tasted old the whole food was just awful
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went at 5pm and left an hour later dissatisfied and sick to my stomach. The only workers were 1 waiter and 1 cook. To start out with the entire hour and meal our waters were empty without the waiter to ask to refill them. I ended up drinking out of another family members water because I was so thirsty and didn’t get any refills. When I ordered an appetizer it took 25 minutes for 6 mozzarella sticks that were ice cold. When the food arrived 45 minutes later all I got were a side of Mac and cheese and a small amount of mash potatoes. I ordered the turkey dinner… the waiter didn’t even put in my turkey dinner request just 2 sides. Who does that? She then brought me my food and the “turkey” ended up being cut up CHICKEN! And the broccoli was wilted and tasted horrible. And my other family member ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was burnt and the cheese was plastic and didn’t even melt on the chicken! As the waiter left the receipt she charged me for not only a full turkey dinner for $9.99 but also the 2 sides that went along with the meal which she shouldn’t of charged for because they were changed to the turkey dinner sides. And there was no manager to explain this whole deal to because it was just 1 waitress. I will be calling the manager in the morning and if nothing is resolved I will call corporate. If I could give no stars I would!
Food took about 45min to get to our table.ordered chicken and waffles.chicken came burnt other food I also ordered came undercooked and fall off the side of the plate.asked to speak to a manager.no1 came.my guess is this location is not aimed for customer service and edible food.would be nice to be able to add pics to prove my point on how the food came out.
COVID is definitely not an excuse for this place. The hash browns were terrible, my husband and I both had to leave over half on the plate because they were so hard. My eggs and toast were cold. Will not go back.
I'm here from out of town and was not expecting the low quality service I got from a chain restaurant. I ordered the split decision breakfast and coffee. The food was cooked fine but I was brought one small cup of syrup, a dirty coffe pot & no sugar and when I asked for more syrup I was brought a bowl of syrup. To me this is the fault of poor management and not so much the subordinate empkoyees and ultimately the chains (IHOP) for letting such poor service/standards exist.
I Got put on hold 3 times and was not told why. I ended up waiting approximately 45min and still could not get anyone to take my order.
OK however service was very poor asked the hostess to bring out syrup for pancakes never received it coffee was cold and never got it
Went to have breakfast and got the check, after a minute or so the waitress asked for the check back that she gave me the wrong ticket. I went to restroom and came back new check on the table. I looked at it and waitress reopened check to add a orange juice we did not order. I asked her to remove it, she didn't think I was going to find the error on the check. She said she would take it off, handed my the check back and only took a portion off not the right amount.it goes back and forth and then takes another cents off which still didn't add the right amount to take off. She stated the had no manager to correct it. Watch your ticket is correct, apparently staff add things you didn't order.
The pancakes were warm and not hot. The bacon was room temperature. They struggled with my receipt transaction. They ran out of sanitized pens so I used my own.
