IHOP, Santee CA

I ordered an orange juice that was so obviously watered down that I felt insulted. The food my son and I got wasn't good enough to warrant the price. The service wasn't anywhere near i consider to be good. Innatentive waitress and blah food. I consider myself an honest person, but when it came to pay the tab, I almost wanted to walk out! $52 for a underwhelming breakfast. I've never felt like that in my entire life. I will continue to patronize Denny's up the road because although the service sucks now, the food is still good.

You can't mess up pancakes, but I do prefer ihops pancakes. They are fluffier than others.

Horrible. Do not go here. When i first arrived, the booths are so small, i couldnt sit down. I had to sit at a table because i didnt have enough space. The menus were gross and sticky, the seats were wet and sticky. The food LOOKS good but it is VERY BAD QUALITY. I got a blueberry sprite drink, it was good. The sausage was good. I ordered a side of red chopped potatoes but I received hashbrowns with no explanation. I got strawberry banana french toast and it was absolutely HORRIBLE. The bread was completely freezer burnt and even my sister said it tasted weird. I'm pretty sure it was pre-made french toast that was in the freezer for three months or more, and thawed out in the microwave. Either that, or they thawed out the freezer burnt bread, threw an egg yolk on the pan, and heated it up maybe. I refuse to believe a chef actually made it from scratch because it tasted fake. I am NOT coming here again. I wasted my money coming here. I didnt even want to pay for my meal because it was that horrible. The waitress took my hashbrowns when i was only halfway done with them. And she didn't ask if i was still eating and I was like.what the heck? Im giving it two stars because it wasn't completely filthy, and the food was at least edible. But definitely i will NOT be going back. Absolutely waste of time and money. I didn't even finish it, i just left

If you get christian as your server, YOU'RE IN GREAT HANDS! The staff here is very friendly and great at their jobs and christian derves to be mentioned specifically. Definitely a recommended IHOP

Found a piece of plastic in my cheeseburger, waiter never came back and asked us if we wanted more water and we had empty glasses

I would throw down 2 more stars if IHOP would throw down the other, coveted, syrup flavors. Seriously, IHOP went all jejune by leaving only maple on the table. Give us back blueberry, at least!

I have to say that the food was absolutely delicious every time ive come in. But there was one man that made the experience much better. His name is Brandon and he was my server every time i came in.he was a 10/10 on the customer service and 10/10 with making me want to come again.

Food was alright. Ordered an ice tea with lemon.not sure thats the drink i got but oh well.

Why did I rate my experience at ihop 5 stars? Some would say the food, others the ambience, but for me, it was one man. If anyone deserved to be the face of IHop, it is Brandon. Not only has he welcomed us with open arms every time, he never forgets to ask wether we need anything, especially the Cholula. I will never go to any other location because of this man, without him the IHOP experience is never complete.

Service was great! Food was not.
I was there at around 6pm on a Tuesday. No other customers. Just the 2 of us.
Onion rings were delicious
Hamburger was decent
My turkey dinner:
Turkey great
Mashed potatoes great
Steamed broccoli had mold, and obvious wilting color which the cook should've noticed.
Hopefully it gets better.

IHOP ist eine US-amerikanische Restaurantkette, die auf Frühstücksspeisen wie Pancakes, Waffeln, Armer Ritter, Omeletten und Blintze spezialisiert ist.
Man muss auf Pancakes und Waffeln stehen, dann ist man hier genau richtig.
Dar Restaurant ist sauber, verfügt über genügend Parkplätze. Man wir freundlich zu seinem Tisch geführt und erhält einen raschen Service.

Their pancakes, milkshakes, and just the food is amazing! It is really delicious and at an incredible price!

Holy Cow! I have not been at IHOP in forever. Great food. I recommend their new crispy chicken either as a platter or sandwich.

I brought the grandkiddos for breakfast. Kids menu has a great selection and prices are perfect!
Adult menu, on the other hand is a bit pricey.
A cup of Coffee is $3.49!
Butttttt.the service we received from the waitress was worth it. She was very kind and patient. And she interacted with the kids in a very respectful manner.
And the foid was delicious!

I LOVED THE FOOD. THERE WAS ONLY ONE WAITRESS BUT SHE WAS AWESOME. WISH I KNEW HER NAME BECAUSE SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. MY PREGNANT DAUGHTER WAS WITH ME AND SHE WAS SATISFIED AND SHES SUPER PICKY. I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING TO THIS ONE. IT WAS WORTH IT ️️️

We are so happy to see them open for dinner. Food and service were excellent and we had a great time. Especially after they turned the air conditioning to a more comfortable temperature. Do visit and let's keep them open.

We visited the Santee IHOP this morning and got Christian as our server. He was AMAZING! He constantly checked on us, made sure we never had an empty cup and provided excellent service
