Breakfast Restaurant IHOP reviews
13It was very busy that day. With that, everything turned out OK. A group of 5 of us and we there 1 hour total.
If I could give this place zero stars I would, my friends and I are on a road trip and stopped here to eat, as soon as we walked in we could feel the weird atmosphere, no one welcomed us in nor talked to us at all, one of my friends went and asked them if we could be seated (the place was almost empty) and they said that they were understaffed so we waited, some Caucasian people walked in after us and were welcomed and seated right away (we wanted to think that it was because we were a big group) our host seated us but barely looked at us or talked to us the whole time, as soon as we sat there the table on the side asked their server if she could move them to another table (they were Caucasian) and she moved them (we should have left at that moment, but wanted to think that it was just a coincidence) we stayed and no one attended us, we waited for a very long time and they prioritize everyone but us, they ignored us the whole time and we ended up walking away.
If I could give it zero stars I would, my friends and I are traveling and stopped for breakfast here, the whole experience was disappointing. We entered and no one welcomed us, saw us or served us, after a while a friend came up to ask them if they would ask us to sit down and they told her that they were short staffed and that we should wait, while we were doing so some Caucasian people came in and told them they welcomed and seated us quickly (we wanted to think it was because we were a large group and not because of racial issues) after a while we were seated, but the waiter avoided looking at us or talking to us as much as possible. As soon as we sat down, the people at the table on the side asked to change tables (second reason to leave, but again we wanted to think that it was a coincidence and we let it happen) after that we waited and waited for someone to attend us and nothing, finally we We left with a horrible experience from this place.
I started reading the reviews of the place and it is disappointing to see that we are not the only ones that this has happened to.
OMG the pancake tacos are fun and super good. Only challenge is that they are a lot of food and I didn't get the combo! Milk/OJ/apple juice are half the cost of the meal, but uniquely they are free refills, so they can be made cost effective if you can drink a few. Service is solid, ambiance is IHOP standard. I'd go again if I was hungry enough to have that much food.
The service and internet was down the day we went. We had to wait 40 minutes + for our order. They gave us a huge discount though.
It was extremely busy and took awhile to be seated and to get our food but the staff was very friendly!
The wait was kinda long, but the AC was not working and they took so long to get our order in and even get the coffee. The food was good overall except the fruit was not fresh
It was just ok. I know late Sunday morning is probably not the best time to go. In my opinion, you can get much more for your money and better quality food at one of our local cafes.
It takes 1 hour to seated and 1 hour to get the food. Also the tables are not clean. Food here are also not good. Please find another one if you are in a hurry
Fish was a bit overcooked and dry. No malt vinegar. BLT was not worth the happy hour price of $6.00. Bread was skimpy and dry, bacon you could read the paper through it, tomato was old, and lettuce was lacking. Two menu items I will not order again.
Worst dining experience I've had in a long time. The server told us he was the only one waiting tables, but the place was pretty empty so we stayed when we should have left. In total we were there over two hours. In addition to service being extremely slow, there's no ac, women's bathroom was closed and the men's was messy, the cook got our order wrong and things were flavorless.
I give them a zero I purposely went to back of restaurant no one welcomed me sat for half an hour no table no menu offered every body else was eating or had been served they cater to locals only I left after a half hour
First 5 people working don't know about kitchen So NOT under staffed. After waiting 10 minutes for drinks I asked for drinks.they were so rude my husband asked to speak to Manager She Melissa was even more rude than her staff. We left they clapped UNBELIEVABLE DON'T EVER GO TO YUCCA VALLEY IHOP!
