IHOP, Perris CA

Love the place, Carlos is awesome but their system is not working can't have one person doing 3 things taking order sitting people and doing pick up order, I think for the volume of guests on the weekends, they could of done a little job on sittings arrangements

Don't get nothing to go! Not worth it terribly get wrong orders cooked bad cause once your home are you really going to go back?

The service was fair. The dining outside was horrible, I had flies all over my food I had to leave quick it was so uncomfortable eating outside at 9am. You need to be there early as posible to have a pleasant day and not with the heat and flies around. I use to love IHOP its not my favorite place anymore the food portions are small and so expensive, I prefer DENNY'S restaurants.its affordable, good and better service. "ohh" and the food is boutyful for the price you pay. The pictures I posted of food are smaller than what they look, trust me its too small. Sorry IHOP you need to improve! Thank you.

Service was a little slow.
Maybe because, too many customers, not enough servers.when my server finally got to the table everything was fine.
I give my server Zenaida a 5-star rating.thank you for your service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Waited 25 minutes to take our name down to be seated.
There was plenty of tables open! Walked out. NEVER AGAIN IHOP!

It was okay but waitress forgot one of our items and did not remember until we were done and also did not pay attention to our drinks waited for refills to long did notice that she attended her family member better than us.

It was a good day. There was only one other customer in the restaurant beside us. It was quiet and we have lots of time to enjoy our food. The server was new so she did not come to check on us if we need our drinks to be refill, but she new so that's kind of a gimmick to her.

I ordered an omelette they brought the wrong one out I was able to here the cook in the back saying to give it back to me like that. Which made me not want it at all. Who knows what he did to it making it upset. The waiter was not attentive of us. She was by her self not her fault. But she could have tried harder. Over all 1 star the food was edible but not good. My girl was happy. Lol

I have been here a few times with family and friends and the service has been consistently slow and almost non existent. This last time the server refilled our drinks once and then left without telling us he was going on break. We waited for over an hour for refills and the check and when asked about prices or specials, the server didn’t know anything about it. They have good food but I can better service elsewhere.
