IHOP, Roseville CA

I took ny office manager our fir a late breakfast, i have been here before and usally pretty good for a off hwy travlers food stop. Today was horrible, cold pancakes, sausage, bacon, ham, even the eggs all cold, hot coffee, either i got last batch of breakfast or everything all premade

Came to this IHOP in Roseville to grab a quick breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the location is clean, warm, and inviting. An omlette and a drink came out to $22. That's about standard these days. The location is open 24 hours. There is plenty of parking in the lot surrounding this location.

This restaurant does not value customers and gig workers. Be prepared for cold food, servers not attending you, and even as a gig worker you will be walked over.

I was picking up an order for Uber. The server informed me the order was picked up already. The cook did not want to remake the food. At that point I decided to leave since she expressed strongly the cook was not going to remake it. Later in the morning I asked the same server which platform was the order pickup by originally. She told me Doordash.

It seems the order was stolen by a dasher and the customer decided to order from Uber instead. The food should have been remade then. Besides, why should I get punished for someone else's action, especially from a different platform.

I lost out on $30 dollars from the order, plus the time and gas going to IHOP.

Was slow but well cooked. Kids running around unintended throwing stuff and running around so not a great dining experience!

So the food was cool for ihop i went after hours but the service was so slow and it was me and like 3 others ended being a half hour plus wait. That upset me.

“Kids eat free” don’t fall for this! $38 we paid. I only had coffee and toast (which wasn’t even toasted and no butter). My kid had waffles, bacon and egg! It’s a ripoff!

I love the new protein pancake options. This restaurant was extremely clean. It was late and we were the only ones there and there were only two staff, so that was a little weird, but they did a good job.

We stopped by after a meeting for some coffee and tea, the restaurant is very clean and comfortable! Our server Kiki is amazingly hospitable, she made us feel welcome and was very attentive! We will be back for the pancakes she recommended!

If zero was a thing, I'd be double clicking away. Eaters beware; servers here are obnoxious, rude, smug and the manager doesn’t know how to deal with it. I work in food and beverage so for someone like me to complain, it's gotta be really bad. Stay away from server Jaime and this place in general. The manager, Sofyan doesn't seem to have clue on how to fix it. Sucks cause nothing will fix the issues here unless corporate gets involved with the franchisee.

My lovely wife and I usually come to IHOP on Douglas Blvd.in Roseville because the location is convenient and service is always with a smile and the food is great

I love Ihop! Mobile ordered and it only took around 15 minutes. Got the original stack and it was 10/10! I’ll be back

Breakfast was cold, bacon barely warmed and definitely not cooked. Sent bacon back and the 2nd batch came out less cooked than before. Soda was flat also… sent back and it was both warm and flat with ice. Wait staff was great but the food was horrible. Obviously been to IHOP many many times and never been this bad!
The table next to us also sent all their food back as it was cold and undercooked. What a waste of money.

Amazing service. Quick & friendly. Love the waitress. She checked in with us multiple times while eating it we needed anything.

Would have liked to give more stores and didn't get any less because I believe they were super understaffed. The guy seating people was also the one waiting on tables. It took about 5 minutes for him to seat us even though they weren't busy. Took a long time to get our food as well. Multiple tables were left dirty as well. Host was friendly though and I know he was trying to do his best.

Go to the one in rocklin. Understaffed, missing ingredients (no ranch), dude buying meth in the parking lot.

Good place to go late at night. Open 24/7. Their burgers and onion rings are surprisingly good. Servers are always nice and time to get the food order is reasonable.

Tables are clean, seats comfortable and the lighting is good. Always seems to have plenty of seating available so never feel too crowded at the table.
