IHOP, Sacramento CA

Most recent visit 9/17, Marissa was our server and was awesome in every way.

Food was good, but our over easy eggs came out with uncooked whites (that is not over easy, that is uncooked) Gina (Manager?) took it upon herself to yell to the kitchen staff to the point that the entire restaurant could hear that we no longer wanted over easy, but medium cooked and acted like we were a problem. It's obvious she didn't even look at the plate as transparent white egg white goop is not over easy. Not happy with her demeanor or service skills.

Other than Gina, overall good experience.

Pricier than I remember but the food was good and the staff were friendly.

Great coffee, good food, good customer service, good food, reasonably priced, you can afford to eat breakfast without paying an arm and a leg. I eat off the senior menu, and it's plenty, O n the bathrooms are nice and clean ️

Ham and cheese OMELET was served warm not hot. Pancakes were thick and taste like not done. Served more Pancakes but same taste but the Pancakes were thinner. Decaffeinated coffee was served warm and tasty was STRONG. WAITER served another coffee and taste like weak water coffee. I didn't get charged for the coffee. Since I paid for the OMELET and Pancakes I got a to go container to finish cooking the food or put it in the garbage. I'm going to start taking pictures.

Love it I explained to them I had 30 people coming if they had space they put us all in a party room the waitress was amazing and the food delicious

Ihop is expensive in general but I expect to get quality food with quality service. I have always been a huge fan of ihop, but this location was not that great. I ordered a pancake combo and asked to replace the pancakes with the French toast. They literally have me one single piece of French toast and they didn’t cook it right, didn’t cut it; didn’t add powdered sugar it didn’t even look like a ihop French toast. It looked like something I could have made at home. And I was charged 5 extra dollars for it. They refused to heat up the syrup. So we had to use the one that was not even clean. They server was ok. She didn’t think to bring my 6 year child crayons I had to ask her. The bathroom smelled bad which there was no excuse for being that there was only two other customers there and it was 6: 45 in the morning. When I first walked in I was so surprised how there weren’t many ppl in there. Now I get it.

Love this IHOP. Ate there this morning and friday. Nice servers and food great. I had the new mexico breakfast bowl and the southwest bowl. Both yummy.

One meal came out 15 minutes after everyone else was served and it was missing the pancakes. We still hadn't got the pancakes by the time everyone was done eating and the manager, who was our server, was just indifferent to the fact that she was a terrible server.

This Ihop was the worst I’ve ever went to. The service was horrible, me and my family had to wait like 20 minutes to order drinks. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get the drinks. When we ordered the food it took an hour before the food came and the food was cold plus the plates were dirty. Others sitting around us had hot steamy food. They also refused to heat our syrup, which is NOT a company policy.

The food was very good and the prices are more reasonable than most other restaurants. We were the only customers in the restaurant. I had to request ranch dressing twice, and then the 2nd person forgot it and my spouse had to go ask. Then it still took a long time to get it. Waitress didn't return to check on drinks or the food. She had plenty of time to chat with a customer that was leaving, but not to bring us ranch dressing or refill our drinks.

Our waitress was nice and attentive. The food was good for the most part until we found a bunch other unwanted food in our orders. I found a bit of macaroni in my pancakes. My friend found mushrooms in his french toast and sausage in his hashbrowns. Made us kind of lose our appetites and we didn’t really want to eat more in case we found more unwanted food. Although we did get some money off our order for it so that was nice at least

I came into town to spend time with my daughter. This environment was lovely. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was great. We'll come back again in the future when I am visiting her.

Came in was sat down almost immediately.the place was full and although there were tables open we were sat near the front, middle but the waitress was great patient and friendly. The food was delicious, hot from the kitchen and proportions were good.if you ever feel like getting a good meal that's served with a smile and at a fair price you can always go into a IHOP.

Very bad service they go twice that I go and they always forget something I really do not know they deserve the tip I will not return to this place

This IHOP is always family-friendly with great service, delicious food, and reasonable prices.

Actually a -1 star.   From management down; hostile, Illogical, Incompretent, Illegitimate, Cold and Icky.

This is me and my family's favorite IHOP location in Sacramento. I've been coming here since I was 7 years old, wonderful service, everybody so nice, the food's always great good times
