IHOP, Folsom CA

Servers were overwhelmed, and it wasn't that busy.
My food came out cold.
Couldn't get coffee refilled, had to walk up to register to pay.
But then again, its IHOP.:/

Yesterday, we ended up leaving 40 minutes after we got sat down and no one came to take our order. People sat down after us and got their food in the same time span - disappointed as we were really hungry! Granted there was only one server and the cook (who was also serving) but it just sucked that we didn't get an opportunity to eat and the waitress ignored us. I hope other people have a better experience!

There is only one cook and one server. No manager to help either. We left because it took 30 minutes to take our order.

I was on my way up to Pilsberry's Trampatillian Pavilion to see an exhibit of used Kilbanians when I saw the IHOP and right then and there decided to take a break from driving and eat breakfast. Man-O-Man was that a great decision! My breakfast sandwich was better than perfect.
One word comes to mind. WOW!

Food is ok. I think red robin is better if you are going to eat burgers or sandwiches. This location only has maple syrup. No blueberry or strawberry syrups. They also don't have the jellies out.

Good food at a good price. Not many places like this anymore. Denny's is so horrible and overpriced that I will never eat there again. IHOP has maintained their quality and their prices.

Great service from supervisor Terrell S. From time I arrived to leaving. Will return soon.

Good service but the food is pretty gross. Very greasy. Took a long time to come out too. The iced coffee was disgusting. I’ve been to other ihops and the food was pretty good.

Big O's Birthday Steak & my Chicken with Waffles was "The Bomb"! Our server, Terrell was on his "J-O-B" serving 4 tables of customers! We only waited about 25 minutes for our order!

Went for dinner last night. They were busy and, due to a staffing shortage, only had one wait person. She did an excellent job, and I do not think that anyone had any complaints. FYI - Cinnastack pancakes are back

We went 8: 30 am and didn't get food until 10: 20. The wait time is crazy to even order your food. Very disappointed

Found hair in my dish. The sever apologized couple times and gave us 20% off which I would have given more, plus no apology from the restaurant manager. Horrible experience!

I was served a very small scrap metal, piece's of turkey dinner not slice Turkey like a senior meal.

Unfortunately we had to leave and found a better place.
Under managed and poorly staffed.

Kept us waiting at the table for at least 20-25 mins while no one even looked our way. Then one young man finally comes to the table to ask if we wanted to drink something. I told him how we have been waiting for at least 20-25 mins and no one even bothered. The guy very rudely says “Yeah everyone’s busy so they can’t attend to you. ” I would have started with saying “sorry to keep you waiting for so long” if I were him. And that would’ve been enough of a response for me to be not upset. I know these guys work minimum wage but this is some next level of incompetence. I’m giving 2 stars only for Lara who served us very gracefully. And she in fact apologised for the long waiting time. Never ever going back to this place. Absolute joke of a place.
