Breakfast Restaurant IHOP reviews
20Very pleasant waitress. Great coffee n eggs, however the Pancakes were a little raw. 3 stars because the waitress was on her game.
Great time good service, good food. Took Dad for his birthday it is where he eanted to go. TY IHOP!
Food was good, even though they didnt have steak due to shipment not coming in. Still food was good. Service not the best, not refills o ly has one glass each, asked for ketchup and hot suace, never came. Disappointed. Only one server for maybe 15 heads tops.
The staff and service at this IHOP location are commendable. However, I must admit that the egg Benedict dish I ordered left me a bit perplexed. It didn't quite meet my expectations of what an eggs Benedict should be. This rendition fell short of capturing the essence of this classic dish. Despite this disappointment, the overall experience was still pleasant, thanks to the attentive staff and service.
I know this place is known for their pancakes, But I recommend their country omelette it is a ham and egg omelette with hash browns in it, and cheese on top. Try Thier dinner if you get a chance. They have a great salmon.
Restaurant: 1/5
Food: 1/5
Customer Service: 5/5
Overall: 2/5
This IHOP felt off. It actually felt like a knock-off IHOP or like a new restaurant moved into this old IHOP. Didn’t feel like I was actually in an IHOP.
The Eggs Benedict was… interesting. It was average and the hollandaise sauce had a slight sour taste…
Besides that, the server was really awesome and friendly.
We ate here after our daughter's college graduation. The service was fantastic. The place was busy too. We all loved our dishes, too.
What can you really expect from an IHOP in downtown Fresno? By the way, don't get the orange juice. It upset my stomach for the following days.
The place is not in the best of areas, but the food was good, correctly ordered and prepared. Kids menu and Happy Hour were really a bargain for the price! My server was prompt and friendly! I will go back again for the crepes and delicious Waffles
Be careful when coming here. As of 5pm 5/2 the parking lot is empty a few windows broke and boarded up. Don’t park in the back.
Courtesy, friendliness, punctual service, and cleanliness.
Cortecy, kindness, on time, and clean place
We visited IHop at 2pm and the restaurant was empty. The hostess immediately gave us an annoyed look when I said party of 5. The hostess literally gave us a small table that seated only 3 people and pulled up a chair to the side of the table that did not have a leg room. She immediately said nothing and kid you not there were so many booth and tables that easily were open and could sit 5 people. It was the worst service in the world.
We stopped here for breakfast while our daughter was in school and we had the best server ever and the food was amazing definitely going here again
T-bones good eggs are good it's pretty good as long as you know what you like although was loud and crowded when I went
I have never had omelettes elsewhere so I'm impressed with the aesthetics and size of this thing. Due to the amount of vegetables, it was a little wet for my taste. I still enjoyed the mushroom and spinach omelette. I needed salsa and sour cream to take it from an 8 to a 9. I have never eaten crepes before and I barely took one bite because I was full from the omelette. Hence, I cannot comment on the crepe, except to say that the cinnamon crepe was super sweet and filled with more sweet. The strawberries and blueberries were good! I like my blueberries FIRM and these giant marbles were definitely that. Lightly sweet with a thick firm texture. They had the perfect amount of give. The pancakes are a bit buttery for my taste. I enjoyed the mouth feel/texture, it was interesting. Somewhat thick. I give the pancakes a 7.5. Service was good. Monica helped us with our crepe decision.
This is honestly one of the best Ihops I have ever gone to. It is never really crowded. I am not sure if that has to do with the downtown location of it.
The portion sizes are very large. The ham and cheese omelette is fluffy and enough for 2 people. The strawberry lemonade is amazing.
I highly recommend this location if you are ever hanging around downtown Fresno.
Not even that 1 star. The manager walking around. 1table & more than 40mins wait. Wow in the restaurant biz never seen service like this.
It's good but I don't know if when you ask for coffee it's a small cup they leave you a coffee maker
Very tasty, but it takes a long time for them to bring our food to the table in 45 minutes
Was a great experience having lunch with Momma. She has to be the pickiest eater alive! But the manager made sure she was happy. Everything was fresh and delicious in a clean & comfortable dining area.
