The food is really good. I've always loved going to IHOP. Make sure you go there when you're hungry if you want pancakes.

Get an app for your curbside pick up! Its stupid that you have to call the restaurant to tell them and they dont even pick up.

Our family (with young kids) often visit IHOP when traveling, for the consistency. This IHOP was absolutely terrible. Some of the food seemed to be substuted with something from a third party (things that are the same at any other IHOP in any other area). The service was terrible. We were told to find a table which ment walking around a crowded restaurant looking for a clean table. It took 10 minutes to be greeted at the table and another 10 after that to order drinks. The food portion sizes were small and prices substantially hight than others in the area. This is truly an example of a franchise gone rogue.

It was freezing on the side of the restaurant we were seated some folks were allowed to move to the other side by it filled up quickly, just got jackets from the car. Maybe that's how they keep folks from sitting at there tables after they eat.

Decent place to eat. Happy hour from 3pm to close, they have good specials. They also have daily specials for seniors and a couple of days a week, kods 12 and under eat off the kids menu for only $2.99. Can get points towards free meals too.

Came here for Memorial Day (5/29), waited for 45 mins just to get a table, then waited for another 15 mins and no one was talking our order, they are very low on staff.

We left after spending one hour at the restaurant without getting any food. Disappointing management.

Our family loves IHOP, so we drove about 20 miles to stop by on Mother's Day. IHOP has always had wonderful pancakes and pretty good service. However, on Sunday, we left dissatisfied. Our Waitress was extremely rude. No smile no greeting. Nevertheless we placed our orders. While waiting for our plates Waitress came by and slammed glasses of water in front of each of us. We all turned and looked at one another and collectively decided we should leave. Fortunately we discovered Holder's Country Inn near by and had a wonderful experience there.

The food is actually pretty good, but the service is extremely slow or non-existent.

Our waitress was MIA and I was just told to ask my waitress if I need anything. One of those restaurants where no one cares if it's not their tip. Waitress brought no utencils and asked if we needed anything else. Yes, we need utencils and plates to eat.

Complete incompetence. I paid $50 with a gift card, then tried to pay the remaining balance on my credit card. I was charged for the full amount on my credit card instead. I was told to sign for it anyways and they'll fix it later in their system.

Great place to eat at and very good staff and that go out of there way to make the food the way you like it. The cook are very good at the cooking there. They aim to please the customer. Been going there since November of last year and never do I get disappointed the food and customer service is great.

It is a restaurant that serves excellent breakfasts, their specialty are pancakes and scrambled eggs.
It is a franchise that is found throughout the US and its menu is extensive, it has breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Portion was very good, we almost couldn’t finish our meal! Food tastes good, as what we would expect from IHOP. Service was slow for this visit. There were not a lot of people dining in, but we had to wait almost 20 minutes nonstop gesturing and asking for someone to come get our order. There were waiters around but they kept saying “someone will come for you. ” It was a long wait for the check too.
Overall disappointment for the service. Food was good.

Wait staff were not friendly.
Let me pick and place to sit but then moved my party for another party. At first I was on but then sat a smaller party in the spot my family would have preferred.
Order was wrong and didn't want to fix.
When we got our food, it was good.

Hostess skipped us to seat a couple who came in 8 minutes after us. I pointed it out to her as she began to argue with me. Sat us down at a table and then told the waitress to leave us waiting for a while. Which we over heard. 15 minutes at the table didn’t even get offered water. We’ll make sure to not come back.

I don't know which was better, the food or the service thank you so much for your attention, first time I've come to the place and I loved it
