Breakfast Restaurant IHOP reviews
15My family always enjoys eating here, we have never once experienced a bad meal here. They always have room for us. As a family of five we're an odd number but we always have room at IHOP.
They simplify the menus lately. Service and food still has room for improvement. Weekend breakfast waiting time is a little longer. Other than that I’m fine with it.
The service there is horrible if your a African American I would advise you stay away from this location they are racist
I’ve ordered takeout 3 times from
This IHOP on the IHOP app and every single time they’ve forgotten food in my order. This third time they guaranteed me “everything is in the bag” after I asked to check my bags and once I got home, I was missing three sides from three of my meals. Upon calling them they refused to refund me because “there was not food left behind” - they did not prepare the boxes right which were missing food- and “online orders are confusing to refund”
Horrible service, won’t order anymore.
I love this location, the staff are cordial and courteous. They are alert and receptive to serving my family when we visit here.
No need to comment on the food, people already know what they're getting. It hits the spot that you were looking for.
Atmosphere was fun, loud and family friendly. They already decorated for Halloween so it was fun to have that as part of the atmosphere.
Service, we were a family of 7 and when they took us to our table they actually planned to separate us, 3 parents, 3 children and a grandma. That wasn't gonna work for us so when I went to tell them we didn't want to be separated the quick reply was defensive with a "Well that's what I have. " I pointed out a booth that could fit us and was told "That's for 6. " I said we can manage and noticed a small table next to it. I asked if we could add it to the end and after a couple of back and forth about how to make it work it was done. I'm guessing that was the manager. My only gripe is that she was resistant to it, could have easily been a pleasant experience if she was just chill about it. Yo her credit she was willing to listen, maybe cause I wasn't mad and just stating what might work. Our actual server was a delight and we didn't feel rushed in any way. I'd go back to that spot again. It's all about being courteous, on both sides.
Our pancakes were stale. Cold and old like my mother. And we had to wait a half hour to be seated. Not impressed
Foods just ok.and they need more servers we had to wait for a server for almost 15min with no drinks either.
Ordered delivery and the food was nicely packaged in their to go containers. They packed all the condiments (butter, jams, ketchup and syrup) in the bag. Pancakes were great and the food was adequate. One of the plates got a little shoved to the side but that could be expected. Bacon was a little too salty but overall everything was good.
Not the preferred sitting. They could not supplement the French toast on the plate I wanted. It had to be extra to remove the pancakes and give me French toast. So therefore I was to pay for a plate with pancakes but not getting them, getting the plate with French toast instead and paying extra. I think the customer pays and should get what they want.
Gave the table dirty silverware, pancakes had ingredients in it that were not supposed to be in them
Brought my daughters for their birthday breakfast with dad. Great service and they went the extra mile to make them feel special.
Would recommend!
Thank you for accommodating us. My son has multiple disabilities. I have been trying to make a effort to integrate him into society. The hostess saw us and acommated us- she even gave us a bigger table which is so helpful when you need to use sensory toys and have specific utensils that he uses. It takes a village to raise a child with disabilities. Thank you for being a part of Aiden’s.
It was a pleasure to eat at IHOP. This was the first time in a long time, where if this was my first time eating at an IHOP, I would brag and tell everyone I know. Thanks IHOP
Always a good experience when visiting this place. The staff are friendly and serve you well.
