It's a good place if you want breakfast or lunch especially breakfast sampler it was delicious and everything else with the sampler was good too definitely coming back

Very good service our waitress Lindsay was very helpful but there was a bad smell of mildew while going to the restroom and it came from the kitchen.

The waitress was very nice and the food we got was just as good. I'm only sad that they close at 12 midnight now instead of 24/7. Update, last time I went was maybe a month or two after the first review I posted. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot inside. We went in there to enjoy our food away from the heat, instead we were sweating while eating. This is Terrible! Please fix that, even your employees were sweating, we don't want to see that when we go to eat to ANY restaurant.

Pretty good and nice for a chain restaurant!
The dishes are very hearty (impossible to finish for us, think of the doggybag!) and the prices are correct.
However, lacks a bit of filling compared to the size of the sweet waffles.

My visit was excellent. Pancakes hit the spot rigjt on. Eggs cooked perfectly. Yum yum and more yum. Excellent server, Irene.

Father's Day morning, things were very busy but our waiter was completely on top of it. Our waters/ coffees were never empty he brought our food hot and checked in at appropriate intervals. A+ for service.

Love this place the pancakes are life i swear they are sooo good and i havent been here for a while but it was so bomb on point and the people we nice and fast.no complaints just grateful and i was hella full after my meal.

Was point, had the chicken fried steak, strawberry tea. My family had their meals, which were on point as well. The service was great. Was not as jam pack and it was around 11am and good decemt crowd. Thank again was great.

Haven't had a bad meal yet and they have been adding some delicious things to the menu recently. Can't ever go wrong with the steak tips either as a dinner or with breakfast. All the breakfast items are superb. And I have enjoyed a tasty cheeseburger from here. The service is outstanding.

Parking was easy. Getting a table was very quick, service was quick food was good portion! Over all great service.

Restaurant is clean and melow. Service is fast and they are very accommodating. It made easy for us especially with my infant child. The servers are pleasant.

The food and price do not mesh we went a few weeks ago and even though the food came out fast it was blah and it's kind of expensive

I have a New Spot for Americana foods. IHOP.our server Connie.is on her Game.fast.quick.wonderful. I'm making the switch.sorry Denny's. IHOP over Denny's.lol

We dined in on a Sat.morning with a party of 6, our wait time was minimal maybe 10 minutes. The waitress was shadowed by her trainer and did an excellent job in every way. Our order was accurate and very timely. Overall it was one of the best dinning out experience I have had in some time!
