12Arrived at 6: 50, there were a few couples. Waiting for 40 minutes, no one approached us for coffee or order. People in the kitchen sound like they were having a party. Really bad customer service.
I got a hair but they immediately changed it, I ordered the meat omelette but it doesn't have meat inside, only on the outside I didn't like that but there are other very delicious dishes that I have consumed
I came with a friend around 10 PM and it was nice and slow only two other tables were filled so the service was great and so was the food. Since there wasn't a lot of people our food came out quick and everything went well so we didn't need to buy our server for anything. Overall I had no problems here, it's also nice and clean.
The quick 2 egg breakfast wasn't quick came out cold and I got sick from the bacon or sausage I ate, I knew better just by looking at it before I ate it! Coffee was great service was slow but nice personally won't go again scared ill get lil sick
When we got there 8: 00 am no hostess, we signed our name on the board and waited 15 to 20 minutes to be seated and then because we were in a hurry we ordered immediately, order took so long, we had to ask about our food!
Nice place to go and eat and not feel rushed or squeezed in. Food was good and nice prices
Terrible service, the waiters do not serve you, the food arrives cold, and when paying for the records they charged me 5 times the bill and then you have to fix it yourself. In the end, bad everywhere.
I felt comfortable and the waiter was very helpful! He was able to suggest an option on the menu that fullfilled our wants.
Waitress had to go back and get some of the food that was ordered. No bacon on my burger. The French toast was soggy.
Service was bad, waitress was slow getting me water and coffee. Would not go back again. People should be trained better on customer service. I would have gave a tip but I felt they should pay me for what attitude I had to put up with. IHOP is not what it use to be. At least there. Enjoy and good luck
