I want to give a huge shout out to Serena for her amazing job! I have been wanting a belly button piercing for a while but was always intimidated until I finally got the courage to do it. She was so reassuring and walked me through the entire healing process. I am so glad I did it! It looks amazing and I have no pain at all. I would definitely come back here for any potential future piercings.

Very quick, clean, and professional. Double checked placement multiple times, provided very clear aftercare instructions. If my new ear piercings don’t heal, it’s on me, not Iicon. Very pleased. They use very high quality jewelry. You get what you pay for with body piercings of any kind.

Just went to this place today and it’s incredible. The price is fair enough and employee is so great. She’s doing a great job for my ear piercing and giving a lot of advices. ^^

Got my nostril and two lobe piercings done. I was pretty nervous, but the two staff members put me at ease so quickly and were making me laugh instead of having any time to focus on stress. The piercings were so quick and easy, and professional and their prices are really low. No need to be nervous at all just trust these folks!

They don’t follow the huge sign they have hung out front about $40 piercings get one free either, they’re a total rip off! They completely over charge you and can’t even pierce correctly!

Serena and Mikayla were super professional, and my nose piercing came out beautifully. Everything was very clean and the set ups were sanitary and done properly. I will absolutely be returning for more piercings— and that’s coming from someone who lives out of state!

Fantastic experience. Everyone at the shop was extremely friendly and accommodating. The facility was very comfortable and highly professional. Got both lobes done by Serena. She was a real pro; very patient and warm. I never felt rushed as we picked the spots for the piercings. The piercings themselves were not even all that painful because Serena did such a great job. She also was creative and flexible with finding flat disc studs and backings that worked for me. I would highly recommend!

Came back to get my septum jewelry changed after getting it pierced by Serena in May and I’m so much happier with the new size! I also got my lobes pierced in May and it was really easy and painless. The shop is super clean and the energy is so welcoming and friendly, I’m already planning my next visit!:)

Helpful & friendly staff. They do things by appointment. But it's done & over with quickly. They call people back & have sent text with information if needed. Every person met here has given clear instructions on how to clean & care for the piercings. What to expect & have been professional during whole experience. I would definitely recommend to many others & would return for more piercings.

I only come here for my piercings. In love with my new helix/rook piercings and I get lots of compliments on them.

Staff are super nice and happy to answer questions. I went here flying blind and Serena walked me through it all and made it a really fun experience. Super LGBT-friendly as well. Fully recommend!

My sister and I have gotten several piercings from Cory at IIcon and it is always a great experience. Everyone there is so kind and professional and fun. This last time was the first time we saw Serena and she is just as amazing. We were laughing the whole time. I initially was just getting a third lobe piercing, but after seeing my sister's conch we went back for mine. I cannot get over the placement. It is perfect. I highly recommend this place and there is a reason we keep going back.

The workers were friendly and helpful. They took great care that my piercing was in the right spot.

They were fast and precise, they where very professional and knew what they where doing. I had my ears previously pierced at Clair's and it got badly infected and left a scar.

Excellent service I highly recommend anyone going there to get a piercing it was quick and fast Serena was excellent
