IKEA, Covina CA

Incredible place where I've ever seen. It's very large and clean. Moreover, at the restaurant on second floor, I was able to have a lunch with unbelivable cheap price.

Incompetence at its finest, apparently when you place an online order they don’t set your order aside and if it goes out of stock it’s out of stock, called customer service and apparently none of the employees have been there direct supervisors email, when asking to speak to a supervisor expect them to put you on hold for a long time then hang up on you, god forbid you ask for an employees name to speak to a supervisor about the service you are getting because you won’t get a full name either. Love their products but bad customer service just kills it for me

Almost short on every thing now. My list 5 item only see the demo, but below the cabinet all empty. Good price but no stock so sad.

I place an order on Sunday, est pick up was 18: 00-20: 00, but noting happened. Wost customer service I have ever dealt with. Employees ignore you or do not answer questions that you ask. Long lines while employees chat with each other rather than opening additional checkout stands. Would not reccomend ever going here.

I've been to a lot of Ikeas in the past, but this one is one of the best. The showrooms are very cute, and I love how there are a lot of outdoor showrooms!

It was a little crowded but not so much that it impacted the flow of people.

The Swedish meatballs were tasty, and I love the lingonberry jam that comes with it.

The little cafe downstairs didn't have a lot of options left, but I got the sundae which was pretty tasty.

Here is pick up your order place! The man shown in the pic, stand over there doing nothing help their customer, waste your over there hrs to wait! Call ikea manager make claim, no body answer, this is how they trade customers! Never go back

I went here just the other day and there was a single cashier with a very very long line around 7: 30pm.

No problem. The cashier stayed respectful and cool and then just 5 minutes later another cashier opened up. Also respectful and announcing to the customers waiting another line has opened up.

Then most of the customers didn't even bother to go into the new line but stayed waiting twittling their fingers.

I give 5 stars to the cashiers at this IKEA for staying RESPECFUL, CHILL, COOL during such stressful and busy times.to the patrons ignoring the cashiers trying to help lower the wait time.yikes

OH and I also had extremely respecful help from one of the warehouse floor workers.if you're reading this bro I was looking for aisle 30 for a mattress and you helped get it down and load it onto my cart for me. Thank you sir.

This store is really nice, and they've upgraded the bedroom area since my last visit. There were a lot of people there on a Thursday morning, so the checkout line was long and slow.

Great experience.lots of sanitizer available and great catalog of available and non available products.

It took way too long to check out, about 20 minutes. IKEA needs to have more cashiers. I was there on a Friday morning.

I don't know why people plan on Ikea but great furniture great prices it's a lot of stuff great customer service the line sometimes are not that bad not in the parking lot yeah they need to fix the problem in the parking lot

The variety and the displays are wonderful. It really helps get a full idea of the design you want to do. Only hard part was the amount of waking required.

First and last time here. I was in line waiting to ask if an item was available to purchase and the girl in the shelves department didn't say I'll be right with you nothing so I just left I'll take my business elsewhere.

Very clean and very helpful staff even though I just walk around I just wish the lines were faster but I know that's the slow customers fault not the employees
