17Had an amazing time looking at all the showrooms. Prices are amazing and beat other retail options. The staff were super helpful and kind. Food court was good too. Great place to go to when furnishing your home for the first time or simply touching up. Products are superb.
Did a pick-up order from here because it was the location that had all the items in stock. Checking in was easy and it was a pretty short wait. Really friendly staff.
They had the item in stock. There wasn't a hoard of customers at 10AM. Always fun to check out the displays. We picked up more Swedish meatballs. Found some ideas for next years bathroom remodel.
So many things that they are out of stock. I know they are affected by the pandemic but at least update what you have in inventory
If you come here to buy something, it is fine. However, if you need to get to the customer service, you need to wait for hours. It's not one time thing. It happens all the time at this store.
First I went to a location where I found an item I wanted, turns out they discontinued this item so I tried calling customer service and the person who answered was rude and didn't answer my question or helped in any way. Very bad service, both at the store and on the phone.
Before going to ikea I checked the item knife tray online if there is or not. It was in Costa Mesa ikea online. But I couldn't find it other trays are displayed when I went to Costa Mesa ikea.
Fine for cheap furniture, but if you need a piece replaced or item returned, prepare to be hassled to the point where you'll just eat the cost.
It's Huge! Put on your walking shoes. You basically have to walk the whole store, following arrows shown on to the floor.
It’s very nice if you like walking a lot and very nice that the offer two different eating areas after that long walk. I also appreciate the child care while shopping. The only thing I don’t like is everything is like a maze i there lol.
I called before hand to see if a product was on display. Corporate cannot connect you to the local store. Also, says the staff member says that the store can decide what to show, and then in the same breath says that the stores has most couches on display. Amazing. Do not waste your time in calling these people.
We got there to return a $90 rug waited for two hours terrible customer service and we never even got to return it because we had to leave very disappointed it’s very disorganized lazy employees standing around doing nothing while customers wait for two hours
The usual enticing displays that make you wish you live inside Ikea. The only downside today was that they didn't have any dressers in stock. I'm assuming due to the pandemic creating shipping delays, I should know, I am a trucker dealing with vessel backlogs.
Very bad Customer service.tried to replace microwave to different size & they make it so hard, the box wasn't open.
Very neat, organized and clean. First time in an idea and it was a little confhsing at first but once I figured out where to go it was easy to grab my item and checkout. Also like how they have mini staged sections to show off the products.
Three stars because it's very difficult to social distance. But, it is IKEA. Haha.
Other then that, and it's a Weekend so long lines at check out (express went quickly).
Customer service is below the average. Unprofessional manager and she has no knowledge ehat she talk about. Too bad for such a big company ruined the customer by their bad attitude manager.
