5 LOVE THIS PLACE IS LIKE DISNEYLAND. TO ANYBODY WANTS TO DRESS THEIR HOME, PLACE WHEREVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT.
PRICES, EVERYTHING IS SOOO WONDERFUL!
So easy, 3 miles to the warehouse from the retail store. Drove up, backed our truck into a parking place, walked in handed them the receipt, our order was rolled out on a cart, I took it out and we loaded it into our truck (they have people to help you if you need it, but we were hungry and in a hurry!). In and out in less than 10 minutes!
I love Ikea:) doesn't matter the location, every single one I've been to has great employees, great service, they're always super helpful. When picking up my wardrobe, they brought it out almost instantly! Helped us put it in our car efficiently and was a delight to talk to!
Friendly. Professional. Order was ready for our pick up by the time we drove the 10 minutes from the main store to the pick up center.
IKEA was so helpful with our return and even did our reorder of the doors we returned at the same time cuz the doors were warped.when we picked them up at the off-site warehouse they were more than helpful.they let us open the packages the doors came in to make sure they were straight so we wouldn't have to return for a second time. Thank you Ikea!
