Still one of the best sandwich spots in the Bay Area. It can get crowded but worth the wait.

6 people on staff today. All making catering orders. Not one of them available for walk ins. An hour wait I was told. I just walked out. Great job!

9/11 order a Super Mario add chicken strips, no ikes sauce, no veggies. Get back to my office.no meatballs. Just chicken and cheese sticks. Every other time I visit this location, I'm turned away like above, or my order is wrong.

They wont hear your order coz music is way too loud and though they ALWAYS had a hard time hearing you, NOBODY thought about "Why dont we turn down the volume so we can hear customers on their order? "

Missed my side order for extra sauce on side and I had no option to refund as I ordered directly from their website

Ike’s sandwiches, are by far my favorite sandwiches in the bay area. My favorite sandwiche is the Paul Reuben. If you are craving a tasty sandwich, Ike’s is where you want to go.

I love the sandwiches here! It's so much better than going to nasty Subway where the flies fly around the veggies! So nasty!

It was so messy, the drinks were mixed and poured into the container while the customers were watching. There was no cleaning or organization at all, there was only one customer in front of me, and the time was 4: 30 PM, but the food came out too late!

Always loved Ike's sandwiches. Their home made aioli is great and definitely makes all sandwiches taste better: D Ordered a couple of sandwiches with Dutch crunch bread.

The food is pretty good, but for a sandwich shop which should be a very quick grab and go, it could take 20+ minutes to actually get your sandwich since they always seemed slammed with orders, so be prepared for a long wait

I cannot believe the kind of experience I had at Ike’s Sandwiches when we tried to get quick dinner sandwiches at the Hayward store. The food quality is nothing like any of the other Ike’s stores I’ve been to. We ordered The Sometimes I’m a Vegetarian and The Gladiator Sandwiches. The pesto sauce in both the sauces just tasted stale. What’s worse is that the Gladiator came with eggplant- which was raw through and through, and the breading was barely cooked and tasted only of oil. It was practically unpalatable. I would never never recommend this store to anyone who cares about their health.

Worked here previously & let me just say management is horrible, workers in the back don’t wear hairnets simply because “they are in the back” the place is ran by a bunch of teens, who don’t change gloves too often, and RUSH while making sandwiches which explains why they look the way they do. Workers smoke in the freezer where food is stored. Just overall they have no consideration for customers. After working here, I WOULD NOT eat at this location.

Bread was fresh sandwiches overall were delicious. I would have given 5 stars but didn't put that much meats mostly bread. Also service was great and will definitely go back again

Very slow service, the sandwich lacks meat for the amount paid, and the decor is just annoying with the founder's goatee'd face everywhere. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

I realized the last time i came to THIS location was a year ago and now i remember why. Either the people who make the sandwiches have absolutely NO IDEA what other Ike's locations sandwiches look like OR the owner tells them to make a $13 sandwich look like this? !? Either way. Ridiculous. So disappointing and I'm being nice!

I enjoyed the sandwich. Only thing is that the sandwich I ordered (the #1), if I recall correctly, was listed as $9 on the menu (printed on the wall) but than I was charged $11.75 plus tax. I asked the employee handling my transaction, and he simply stated that "the prices on the wall are different than what they are in the computer. " Ok. When I got home I found a piece of candy in the bag with the sandwich, so not sure if they always include that but I don't eat that sort of thing. I appreciate the charm of this place but I do wish that there wasn't a 25% increase in price from what is printed on the menu and what I am being charged.

Disappointed for what i got on my order i ordered Hollywood sf steakhouse and there’s less almost no meat on my order all i got are lots of mushrooms & lettuce this happened on 11/03 at 12: 13 pm

The food here is amazing I got the their Menage a trois. Really good and spicy. The only one thing I dislike is not enough meat but work the food. The wait is a little crazy. But, worth it. Not much seating so watch out there. Overall good experience, food, and staff
