Great company! I had an issue with an item I ordered and Craig promptly and professionally responded to my inquiry and sent a replacement. I will happily do business with Illumn in the future because they stand by their products and they provide excellent customer support.

Illumin is awesome! I have placed two separate orders with them so far. Both orders came quickly. On the 2nd order, one of the flashlight had a manufacturer factory installation problem where the glass lens was not sealed and rattling. Defect makes this flashlight not waterproof.illumin quickly responded and shipped out a new flashlight.illumin even let me keep the bad one! As it was really not illumin's fault, I offered to partially pay for the new flashlight. But they politely declined. Great customer care and service. Will continue to shop there.

My name is Jim and I am writing a review about the flashlight store called the Illumn. The Illumn store has been open for the last 10 years and is owned by a man named Craig. I can't say enough good things about the store and it's owner, Craig. Illumn has an extensive list of many different brands of flashlights, which are at very good prices. I am fairly new to the flashlight scene and had many questions. I emailed Craig MANY times. Craig was always quick to respond and answered all of my questions. I ordered the light I wanted and received it quicker than scheduled. After receiving my light, I fiddled with it and messed it up. I informed Craig that I had a problem and he called me promptly at the time we scheduled. Without hesitation, Craig sent me a return shipping label and is fixing what I had done to the light, which he did not have to do. Illumn is the first store I will be visiting for my flashlight and accessory needs. I would give it more than 5 stars. So check out the Illumn store for all your flashlight and EDC gear needs.

I'm a fan of Olight products because they are reasonably priced and they have models that are rechargeable with magnetic charging cable. No need to keep buying batteries. Olights are made in China but so is iPhone. Build quality is very nice. Will buy more again.

Heard about them online and found that their store is close by so I thought I'd stop on in to take a look but the shop is closed to prevent the spread of covid.

When I arrived I found a sign on the door to order online and then texted them so they can run out my order.

I ordered two batteries for the price of one and they even included a nice zippered case to protect them. Cheaper than buying from eBay. And its a trusted source.

Their service was very fast and prompt.
The products that they sell are authentic and high quality goods.

I will be back when they finally open their doors, after all this covid scare is all gone.

All in all, an awesome store. I will recommend them to many of my friends and family.

I had to work with their customer service due to the fact that I messed up the shipping. Customer service was quick to respond, was friendly and easy to work with. Purchased a $4.00 battery from Illumn. The battery started leaking within a day of installing it in my flashlight. Contacted Illumn and was told they would do nothing to replace it.

Can’t say anything bad. I order online and my package is due Friday. Will be using them again. They have great selection. And I will be recommend them on my reddit groups.

Exceptional customer support and friendly service. I came across these folks while surfing for batteries. Learning they are located minutes from me and carry a great selection of top quality Flashlights, chargers and BIY flashlight parts in addition to their extensive battery selection is a nice bonus. Pricing is very competitive and the staff well versed on their products. Will be a customer for years to come.

Purchased batteries from their website, I mistakenly chose the wrong version as there are countless. No where as an online shopper did I read **Batteries are NOT able to be returned**. My package of batteries were unused and unopened as I requested a return the same business day I received the item.

I was told there are NO returns "as batteries are considered consumable". No store credit, no return, nothing. Highly disappointing considering the competition. I will not and cannot recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware with my misfortune and if you suspect a defect you are SOL with Illumination Supply LLC.

My work schedule doesn't allow me to get into the shop very often. Tried a couple weeks ago (early Jan 2020). Was able to get there on MLK day and they were open.
Huge selection of lights, big small and every size in between. They have a section of historical pieces (for flashlight geeks) of very high dollar items (at the time) that are cool to check out. They will let you play with just about anything they sell and really engage with the people who walk in the door.
Craig was awesome to deal with and is a fellow firearms enthusiast.
My only change is they should get their FFL and sell guns, nice watches, knives, get a TV with a smoking lounge and bar. Ultimate guys store.
