After years of being a customer I am beyond frustrated. I arrived this morning at 9 as a walk in for an X-ray as for all these years they’d were walk in only. I was told that they’d make a reservation for later today or Friday…. WHAT? !? ! I begrudgingly made an appointment for 11: 30. This was after I double checked their website last night and called at 4: 30 asked if they’d be able to see me before they closed- I was told no but should could have INFORMED me of the new policy and had me come to schedule for today. IHS needs to inform their customers via email or mail, they need to update their website and they need to have online and phone scheduling available.

This place is the equivalent to the DMV. Insane lines and unable to schedule to the date I prefer. I'll be sure to never come here again. I would rather play 4 times more with half the rigamarole.

I had a HSG done at this location. The technicians and the doctor were very nice and professional. I was call in soon after I arrived. The procedure itself took around 15 minutes. I was advised to take an over the counter pain killer an hour prior to the procedure, so I just felt mild cramping while the dye was being flushed. The results were posted on the patient portal the same day.

I didn't like the CT scan this time.it was like just a hurry up CT scan.didn't let me help my mother by Guide her to follow the instructions. That's the first time I'm having this problem.it was good before

I have never had to deal with such a complicated appointment system and staff. I've been trying to get an appointment for weeks.my doc has sent multiple orders for an ultrasound there. I've called multiple times and they won't schedule an appointment with u until u get some kind of digital confirmation. I haven't received anything in weeks despite multiple orders being sent.the staff won't even try and help u figure out the issue or schedule an appointment without the digital confirmation.it's just mindblowing.i gave up and went somewhere else especially after reading the reviews for this place.

Today, I had to get an x-ray. I was able to set up a ride with Molina. The x-rays here are all walk-in. I called ahead, and they set up a wall-in time so my ride could be covered by my insurance. Success. Not only did they get me in quickly and early, but they were also friendly, kind, and helpful. Thanks for helping to turn a not so good day into a much better one. I would definitely recommend imagining healthcare specialists. Molina was able to modify my ride, so I didn't have to wait an hour to be picked up. Thank you, Molina and American Trasportation, for your friendly and prompt service. I truly appreciate it.

I had a very bad experience, I spoke just to see if they could have an appointment before the one they had given me and they canceled it for that reason, I'm upset, it was an important appointment since I have liquid in my stomach
