Great experience with a friendly staff and wonderful Ultrasound technician. Enjoyed receiving updated texts for my appointment and procedures as well. Kept me well informed. I couldn't ask for any better experience.

My paperwork was given to them Monday morning at 10: 00 from my primary care physician.my last call to come in to complete my xray was Thursday at 4: 00 p.m. They still did not place the order into their system. 4DAYS LATER!
The odd thing that there was no apologies. I had to return to my doctor to pick up a hard copy of the paperwork and bring it in just to make an appointment.
From the front desk to the person that did these people treat you like sheep.
This place is not a place that I would go to again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone

Excellent service with excellent employees and medical technicians and nurses. I highly recommend Imaging Healthcare Specialists to anyone in need of scans and MRIs.

Extremely efficient process. The only thing I would suggest is to allow an appointment to be made in advance for an X-ray, otherwise people are having to wait hours for a walk in appointment.

Call center gave us appointment and told us to go for X-ray and X-ray us walk in. We went and upon arrival was told one has to have a reservation for X-ray. But they don’t call it appointment.
We drove to IHS from 50 Miles.
Finally Vanessa made exception.
Why IHS does get thier communication correct.
Web site has different info. Call center has wrong hours and wrong info. Counter at the facility has totally different info.
IHS simply don’t care about thier payer.
We will find sone other facility like San Diego imaging. Much better service.
Staff is pretty helpful.
Find a different provider.

The entire experience from scheduling to test results was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful and the technician was professional, knowledgeable and explained the procedure perfectly. It was a very efficient and timely process!

The staff is friendly, helpful, they explain everything perfectly. They’re always exactly on time or early at the Oceanside location. Very pleasant experience. I don’t feel like I’m at a doctors office wasting my time for my appointment.

A great experience. I was called to my appointment right away. I waited Maybe 2 or 3 minutes. And the radiologist was great. Courteous and professional.

Friendly staff, fast service. Clean environment. X-rays are now on a walk in basis only, all other services can be scheduled! Thank you guys for your terrific service

I was late due to getting lost! The reception staff guided me by phone, checked me in without a problem and were friendly as well. The techs were also friendly and efficient. My whole experience was as 5

The pre-registration procedure made the visit a snap! I arrived checked in at the kiosk and then waited for them to call me, and I was in before the expected appt time. The staff that I did speak with were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience. I also received my results within hours of the appointment, which were clear and precise.

I have as many as 5, or more, previous appointments at the Imaging Healthcare Specialists location in Vista. Never have I been disappointed in their Timeliness after check in.

Amazing care and an amazing team at Oceanside IHS! I went for the first time recently and had an ultrasound and was so impressed that if I could get all my medical care here, I would! Seamless and courteous check-in + kind and caring staff. And so efficient! I got my results the very next day Thanks IHS team!

Had a good experience with the gentleman who helped me check in until "Karen" showed up to work. Not only was she late but asked me if she could help me when it's obvious I'm waiting to be seen. She also asked if i had a mask to wear but thankfully the gentleman told her that they don't have a mask requirement. Please train Karen, she obviously doesn't how to do her job in a professional manner. I would love to hear from the Manager.

Everytime I go I get amazing service, from the front desk, to the procedure. Very helpful knowledgeable overall amazing people.
