Imaging Healthcare Specialists - Hillcrest

Sending patients all over without verifying their own info and wasting everyone’s time. Do your own research before they send you to a location promising you’ll be seen. They don’t do ANY imaging in the weekends at this location. You cannot schedule and the woman at the front desk is rude. She will try to send you away to locations that sent you here.

Excellent experience! Friendly and caring technician and staff. I parked in the lot and texted that I had arrived. I received an immediate response to come on in. I walked in and shared “good mornings” with the smiling receptionist while the friendly technician ushered me in for the imaging. I wish I remembered their names, but it all happened so quickly. This was my 3rd referral to Imaging Healthcare Specialists and this sure seems to be their standard operating procedure. Simply top notch.

Excellent customer service! Excellent mammogram technician! I was complimented about my clothes Very pleasant place, wait time is 1 minute (did not even have time to play a game on the phone while waiting), the parking is free and enough available spaces, the results of my mammogram were available online in an hour instead of 2-3 promised days. Thank you very much!

Arrived early to my appt. And was seen earlier. Receptionist was very curtious. Technician was very nice, helpful and explained was she was doing. For those ladies that say they don't have time during the week to go get a mamogram. This office offers sunday appts. And early ones. Which is great

Appointments center and front desk staff talks two different thing. I suggest to get right info and save yours self from getting disappointed.

This company ROCKS! The customer service is exemplary from beginning to end. When they are setting up an appointment, my comfort and convenience is of the utmost importance, whether I'm taking public transportation & need a location nearby a trolley stop or even if I'm having several procedures but one requires a certain facility, they will schedule the specific one first but then add the other routine ones immediately afterwards so that everything can be completed in one visit! How great is that? !? !? Like I said initially, the staff members "ROCK! " Each patient is treated like a VIP!

I have been using Imagine for over 10 years for my tests and x-rays and can say that I never had a problem.
